They are stealing from young emerging brands and never pay them. Don’t buy from them

I ordered a pair of shoes from Ellis Rosch website several weeks ago. I asked for delivery after 15 January, when I returned from holiday. Since then, I've sent several messages. They replied that they were in the process of looking for the package, but then I didn't hear from them again. Since then, I have sent several emails and in return I received this email: Your message has not reached contactAtellisroschdotcom, because the address cannot be found or cannot receive messages. Then I receive a message from a website which tells me that this email is a fake and a phishing email in circulation.
Also, the telephone number of their so-called costumer service in Denmark does not answer. I called several times and let it ring for a long time, but nobody is answering. It's like calling into a vacuum. It's a SCAM that makes money off well-known designers with a rather attractive site and an Instagram that looks serious.

Terrible experience! Paid the order and extra delivery fee. Received an email from Ellis Rosch that they shipped my order with UPS but with no tracking number, absolutely nothing! Took my money! They say on their website"How long does the delivery take?
▪ The delivery time is 1-2 business days with GLS in Scandinavia
▪ The delivery time is 1-3 business days with GLS or DHL in Europe
▪ The delivery time is 1-5 business days with GLS or DHL in other countries"

Now more than a week, heard nothing from them nor received my parcel.

Is this even a legit e-commerce website? not some sort of scam?

Don't buy from them! Appealing customer service.

No return label or return forms in the package. Have to return an item, contact support both via email and telephone to ask them to send the return labels.

Update:
After getting in touch with the customer support a couple of days later I got the label sent, so everything ok for now, returned the item and no problems at all with this, ALL GOOD.

Customer service is appalling. Try contacting them before you place an order and see. Emails are never responded to, you have to do phone Denmark for anything (no local number) and they never pick up. When they do pick up, there is no more than promises someone will get back, which does not happen.
Very disappointed

I was sceptical I must admit but for the price compared to some other shops I thought I’d give it a go on klarna to be safe. Delivery was quick, the item was perfect and the customer service I spoke to ( Sebastian ) was so helpful

I placed an order on the website and the money left my bank account. It’s already been a week and I still haven’t received my order, tried to reach Ellis rosch by phone and via email but haven’t got any replies. I do not even have a link to track my order. Very unhappy with the customer service.

So far I cannot give 5 stars! I have emailed 2 or 3 times asking for the status of my order with no acknowledgement or response! This is not okay. They have taken my money and I've not received my items yet. I'm not happy at all. I need a response asap on my Order #2066512151

Wonderful! I happened across Keyclubco quite by chance, on the hunt for an outfit for a wedding. The customer experience was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. And the dress I bagged an absolute winner! Thrilled with it all, and will certainly shop here again.

I was a little suspicious when I saw this site, it seemed almost to good to be true with some of the prices. But ​with all the good comments in here I decided to try and I really do not regret! The items are genuine, very fast delivery, great packaging without any excess of plastic. Overall an amazing experience, I will definitely be back.

I’ve recently made my first purchase on this website and I’m totally satisfied. I got attracted by the huge discount on some top brands such as Aspesi, Boglioli, Incotex, even though I was a little suspicious because I’ve never seen such discount on them. They provide me with the tracking number few days after the checkout and the shipping arrived earlier than the expected! I am really satisfied and I think I’ll buy again from this website. Maybe they have to get better in the way that items are displayed, because it’s not easy to see the item properly. Other than that, just terrific website!
