Achtung, ich warne ausdrücklich vor einer Zusammenarbeit mit Ellmer Rooms (Ellmer Group Deutschland GmbH). Trotz verbindlicher Buchung und Vorauszahlung wurde die Unterkunft zwei Tage vor Anreise wegen eines angeblichen "Defekts" storniert.
Die angebotene Ersatzunterkunft war eine absolute Zumutung: katastrophale Lage, keine Heizung im Februar, beißender Geruch, beschädigte Möbel und allgemeine Verwahrlosung. Die Räume waren schlichtweg unbewohnbar.
Die Kommunikation ist unmöglich – telefonisch ist niemand erreichbar, E-Mails werden ignoriert. Wir mussten auf eigene Kosten kurzfristig ein Hotel suchen. Die Firma verweigert die Rückerstattung der Zahlung und die Rückzahlung der Kaution. Der Fall wird nun rechtlich durch unseren Anwalt verfolgt. Absolut unseriös!
