I have investigated the matter and unfortunately i can see that your package has been returned to us from Postnord. Unfortunately, I cannot see the reason for this, but I suspect that it is because the package has been broken during transport and that's why Postnord has returned the package to us. We apologize for that!
The full amount of your order is refunded to the card that was used to pay. If you still want the goods, I would ask you to reorder the order.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience!

I don't know why Post Nord didn't deliver the package to me, it returned back and I was left without the product, Ellos reacted very understandingly and offered me as a reward an express delivery of the repeated package.

Straight forward and easy to order items
Limited items online and when trying to order my product, it disappeared as no longer available.
Otherwise straight forward and easy to order items. Slight delay to receiving my order due to busy Christmas period.

I ordered three bath mats and one of them is covered with lots of dust. Looks like either the mat was sitting long in their warehouse without protection or in their any show rooms.
