Avoid shopping on ELLOS-Poor customer service
Poor customer service, it took 40 days to return defected item. It takes them 24 hours to come back to you, and for each email it will be 24 hours more. Their guidelines for return are just sad. They also dont want to give me full refund because their ''warehouse experts'' think that item is not defected, no matter that i send them a proof of defects...
