This company is not even worth one star!

I would rate this company even lower than 1 star, if possible. My experiences have been similar to the other reviewers—- taking months to receive and fighting for a refund when it doesn’t arrive, or arrives months after promised timeframe. I ordered mine back in April and I am still trying to get a refund. I was promised a refund over 3 months ago. They tell me that due to a glitch in their system, the refund is taking longer than expected. They have since blocked my emails to them— another example of their lack of integrity and responsibility.
This company is dishonest and should not be allowed to continue to scam people. Their marketing is targeting to parents and grandparents who are eager to please their children and grandchildren. Shame on them!

Hopefully the one red star actually is…

Hopefully the one red star actually is the worst rating possible! I have been meaning to find some way of posting my unhappiness with this Company on social media for sometime so was staggered when I found these reviews which were all exactly my experience - very long waits (over 5 months), damaged delivery resend, another long wait, continual excuses and promises of action etc. The elephant did finally arrive squashed into a small plastic bag, plastic parts projecting from the battery draw, extremely poor quality, dreadful sound and very badly packed etc. Many, many emails to Sophie at the Elly email address resulted in all of the spurious offers made to other reviewers on this site. I finally agreed to keep the poor quality goods with a 50% refund (although I would not risk giving it to my grandaughter due to the poor quality) rather than me paying to send it back myself etc. but no money has arrived after more emails and promises. Why has no-one in any consumer service offices/trades descriptions etc. followed this up and fined, prosecuted and stopped them trading???? I finally checked the Argos site - they are selling the same product, beautifully packed and at very little more than I paid - last time I waste my money and risk an internet purchase!

I ordered this from an ad i saw back in…

I ordered this from an ad i saw back in April and have yet to receive it. I keep emailing them and the same "customer service manager" Sophie Thompson keeps telling me it's in transit and delayed by Covid 19. It's been 4 months and nothing. She claimed that the item was damaged in transit and they had to issue another. That's a lie. I told her I want my refund and all she keeps telling me is that she can't issue because it's in transit. She steals your money. This is fraud, a scam, theft, and however uou want to put it. Even the tracking from China says it's expired. Do not purchase. The fact that they are stealing money for something they advertise is for children is sad. They need to be punished and prosecuted and shut down. I agree with every person on here that wrote a review because it's all true. They are scam artist, I might as well be sending money to someone in Nigeria requesting it via email to a complete stranger. This is sad.

Avoid at all costs!

Purchased elephant after seeing an add on Facebook. After five weeks, received an email that the item had been damaged in transit and returned to them. They advised that a new one had been shipped. It has now been 9 weeks since this new shippement and still no sign of the elephant. The tracking information they have provided has not had an update in 58 days.

Customer service is refusing to issue a refund as they say the product is "in transit".

Please avoid the headache and do not oder from this company.

Stole My Money

I ordered a Peek A Boo Elephant back in May and still have not received it . I have sent several emails and they keep telling me it's on it's way and the pandemic is slowing it down . No updated tracking Info either . I have assured them I'll be in contact with my attorney!!

Do NOT buy this product directly from…

Do NOT buy this product directly from the website. It has been over 4 months and I still have not received my item and they refuse to issue me a refund because "it's in shipment" even though the tracking information has not been updated in TWO months and they have no idea where the product is. WORST customer service I have ever encountered.

Misleading advertisements

Exactly the same experience as below. Took 2 months coming from China and is not the same product advertised in the hundred or so videos all over social media. The ear movements are different, the sling is different, the voice is different. Really misleading and disappointing.

Extremely disappointed customer

Exactly like a review I just read, also shipped from China which wasn't what I expected. Took 3 months, as it was damaged in transit and returned before it got to me. After finally receiving it on Saturday I was highly disappointed. It does not work, was packed in just a cheap plastic bag. No tab in the battery area and turned on so not surprising it doesn't work. Looks cheap too. I'd bought another one from an Australian company which was in great condition and had a tab to pull out for the product to work. This was a very cheap looking knockoff. Extremely disappointed and do not whatever you do order from them.

Poor Quality and Poor Customer Service

After seeing a ad on Facebook I took a risk and purchased one of the peek-a-boo teddies. Unfortunately it seems the company is dropshipping a product directly from China with little quality control or oversight. Delivery was around 2 months, which can be forgiven in the current climate.

However the product arrived in nothing more than a plastic bag, both mechanical ears do not work, the electrical unit is not attached to the toy and just falls out the bottom. On closer inspection it seems the cable tie that holds the unit in place was not tightened and since this is the only thing holding back all the stuffing it can quickly become a choking hazard.

When contacted the company would only offer a 50% refund or would increase it to 75% if we would ship the toy back to China.

I would not recommend the product or company at all, avoid!!
