Great customer service and awesome product. I was emailing with customer support because I ordered wedding ring from Cobalt Chrome to EU country outside of UK and got shipped free ring sizers across 3 countries and final product is amazing as well.

We got 2 palladium wedding rings and the experience was great. My wife had to return and exchange her ring with another one, and all was done in just 3 days, including prompt refund to our Paypal account.

I bought a three gold Russian wedding ring from Elma Jewellery last year which I absolutely love. There was recently a small issue with it and even though I bought it a year ago they fixed it and really quickly. I was so impressed. Thank you Elma Jewellery for a lovely ring and a great service.

Ordered 2 platinum wedding bands. They arrived very quickly. Absolutely beautiful rings. One fit perfectly, the other was a little small and needed exchanging for a size bigger. Fast & fuss free exchange. Brilliant product & first class customer service. I would buy from this company again. Highly recommended.

Elma Jewellery is a very professional company I measured our wedding rings wrongly a brief phone call helped me with returning them and new rings were sent out next day great service great quality would highly recommend.

I ordered a platinum ring for my husband just after Christmas. The ring arrived promptly the next day! Very good delivery service! Unfortunately, the ring was a size too big so I contacted Elma Jewellery and spoke to Simon. He was very helpful and suggested that I send the ring back. He then posted the ring, a size smaller the next day! I was a little skeptical of ordering the ring online initially but I would now, highly recommend the company and would not hesitate to use them again!

Seen a few reviews about sizing issues before I ordered.
I contacted them beforehand to enquire about sizing and they assured me they use standard sizing.
Got a great Black Friday deal on a Palladium 950 half eternity diamond ring so I ordered and recieved it within a couple of days. Ring looked great but had no certification, ring box was tiny so bought another online etc.
Wife opened at Christmas and loved the styling but it was too big. Wife is always size L and this was at least a size too big. I think I also noticed a few very minor scratches (wife didnt notice) on the band (but I thought palladium didnt scratch). It looked like when you are using celloptape and you see a faint line where you ripped a bit off in a few places. So I contacted them to return and asked for a refund.
Communication was ok as it can take them a few days to get back to you but ultimatley after I sent the ring back via recorded delivery with a note of refund/order number/preferred method of refund I recieved my refund within a week (30 days allowed on their website).
So not exactly an unpleasant experience but I cant give more than 3 stars.

I was going to remove this review but after the dishonest reply from Elma, I will update it. They were very kind to resize the ring twice, however, this wouldn’t have been necessary had their customer service communicated more clearly. We returned the ring the first time asking for a half size, as displayed on their ring size chart, and after having the ring size measured at several jewellers… But instead of contacting us to say that a half size (P and 1/2) isn’t available in this particular ring style, they just chose to go for the lower size (P) which was miles too small and wouldn’t even go past the knuckles. If they had reached out, and stated a half size wasn’t available, we would have opted for a Q, and eliminated the need for a second return… They also weren’t keen on sending out one of their “free ring sizers”. As stated, we are grateful that Elma Jewellery accommodated the resizing of the ring, but I stand by my original point that their customer service is quite poor, and they only seem to respond quickly when they want a TrustPilot review removed…***

**UPDATED 20/12/25- Elma agreed to take my partners ring back to resize it, but it’s now come back far too small, despite going to 3 high street jewellers to get measured and all giving the same size, because they apparently don’t do half sizes and then decide to choose the size for you instead of asking what you need. Just bear in mind they are clearly using a different size guide to most reputable names out there- we have now requested one of their specific ring sizers to hopefully get it right the third time as we are getting married in the very near future!**

My partner has ordered his wedding ring from Elma Jewellery, a platinum wedding band with engraving inside. It’s beautiful, but sadly, even after having his ring size measured by 3 different jewellers as a Size R, the ring arrived and was too big. The customer care card states that they offer resizing, so we have emailed twice, called daily at least 3 times, and left voicemails, and so far have been greeted with nothing but silence. This is quite a distressing matter, this is his wedding ring, and they can’t even be bothered to answer their phone or emails regarding a resize. Seems this company have just taken his money and ran with it. I will happily update this review should I get a response, but at current, the initial communication began on 11/12/2025, and we’re yet to speak to somebody. Just bare this in mind when ordering from this company.

Ordered a wedding ring on a Saturday evening and received it on Tuesday. Unfortunately size was incorrect on my part, I returned it the same day and had a replacement on Friday. Great customer service would highly recommend A+++++
