My husband bought a 3 ring set, 1 stone fell out, this was replaced eventually, then a few weeks later 2 stones have fallen out, have emailed, but they have not bothered to respond, have asked for a full refund. As they haven't responded I have now made a charge back with my bank who are investigating.

Had an issue with delays on a delivery without hesitation they resolved the issue for me and have sent me another ring. Amazing products at even more amazing prices.

I Made a complaint against this online jewellery retailer and I now take it back! I so happened to order a signet ring not knowing my size and the wrong shape and size was sent and they rectified it by resending me the size and shape I originally requested. Upon reposted item being received I thought it was too big and resent my ring back for the last time for a smaller size. This was Monday 16tg via Royal Mail signed for my ring never turned up till this day current date January 29th I was bummed and thought that I was now out of pocket for a ring I no longer have I had lost my tracking receipt upon getting my car washed so I couldn’t track it and could only bimbradd them with emails to say that I’ve sent to them and they should have revived it which they said they’ve not. I got the most heart warming email where they would resend me the same ring again in fact i asked if I could have different shape and they said that was completely fine. A small business who goes above and beyond for the customers I will definitely reorder in the future just for the way they’ve handled me as they DID NOT have to go out of their way to at all. PLEASE AVOID

Rings are very cheap, flimsy, engraving is very hideous and also has the word titanium as well as the engraving written on the ring. The engravement looks very light and like scribbles. When asking for a refund or to return they reply with their website is not working. Its coming close to 28days since I purchased so they're doing it on purpose so I cannot get a refund or return. I would rather go to Warren James or argos for a £20 ring with more quality than somewhere like this. Horrendous customer service and cheap, nasty products. Please avoid. Even if you are on a budget.
