Very pleased with all the staff at Elmo. I've been with them for two years and they've looked after me well. I recently had a problem with the car I was using that was a manufacturing issue and Sohail at Elmo arranged for a like for like replacement. It was all very quick and painless.

Fantastic Concept - Good Experience.
Overall it was a good experience, the concept is fantastic and got me out of a problem with not having a car whilst awaiting delivery of mine due to several delays. The choice is great and the ability to swap over and try different models is good. The portal online is really helpful. The team were really helpful when I had a few hiccups with the initial delivery and when my car broke down part way through the lease. Only downside is the lack of communication between Elmo and BCA delivering the cars, who is responsible for what and such like. Overall I would 100% recommend to everyone.

Complete scam
Complete scam, and elmo managed to immediately flag/block my negative review. Thankfully Trustpilot sorted it. I'm just lucky I decided to try elmo for only 60 days before committing to something longer. The car arrived with numerous cosmetic faults that I didn't mind, but the computer also randomly and frequently malfunctioned, sending warning lights and loud chimes for everything from "check airbag" to "SOS call unavailable". I immediately reported the problem to elmo, and after chasing several times and "escalating" was offered a repair appointment in six weeks at a dealership 45 minutes away from my home. This would mean taking time out of work, driving 45 minutes away, driving a courtesy vehicle back and then doing the same trip to collect the vehicle whenever repairs were complete.
To be clear, I received a malfunctioning vehicle and elmo's escalated resolution was to tell me to live with it for six weeks and then sort the repair myself. They even had the audacity to charge me another £119 to collect the faulty vehicle after I cancelled. A brand new vehicle from a leasing broker is £150 LESS per month for a 24-month lease with free delivery and collection, so you're essentially paying WAY more for the short term and convenience, but there's nothing convenient about driving a banged up, short-circuiting car with no reasonable resolution.

General Review
Elmodrive was good to help with my subscription. however the vehicle was dirty when it was delivered. It also came with several maintenance issues which should have been recify before it was delivered. Communcation appears to be very unhelpful as there are many different departments. I would prefer there to be one customer service which helps all enquiries.

Faulty car. Poor customer service.
The car delivered had a fault with the fast charge. Customer service were determined the fault lay with me rather than the car. It was supposed to be delivered with 60% charge but customer services changed this to 60 miles when I queried the 30% charge the car was delivered with as they assured me the delivery driver had used the fast charge on the delivery day. I did eventually get a full refund after a lot of time wasted and a lot of phone calls. It felt like the customer was always wrong and that I wasn’t going to get an apology or any real help to sort the car. I am now using a competitor instead. Much better customer service. I had a phone call the day after delivery checking the car was delivered clean and with the right amount of charge. Friendlier

Have been with Elmo for 8 months now. I must say it has been very easy and smooth all the way. Their customer service is the best I have encountered in the UK. I must commend especially Dale and Jade for the sterling service they give. Keep doing what you're doing guys.

Positive experience
We have had a really positive experience with Elmo so far. The drop-off was good, the car is great fun to drive and the customer service team are really helpful. Solhail has just helped me with working out mileage and whether we can take the car further this month. Will continue to use them in future!

From the start Elmo has been brilliant at communication. All staff contact has been thorough and helpful. I have been with another company in the past and my experience was terrible so Elmo have convinced me that this service can work.
I have had the car for about 8months and no longer need it but I would not hesitate to approach Elmo again if I need another car at some point.
