We needed the rv because our bathrooms…
We needed the rv because our bathrooms and kitchen were demolished and we needed a bathroom and cooking stove. We needed to extend our rental time 3 times and the agents were so helpful in doing so.

Good instructions form beginning to end. Each mail had good instructions what the steps were before renting the RV.
The day of renting was quick and smooth less. Very good experience.
the day of returning too. everything was good and positive. If I had to think of one constructive feedback I would say the floors of both RVs were very dirty. I tried cleaning them myself but it was not easy. overall a very positive experience. Will rent from them again.

Worked great
Worked great, took a trip while it was cold, the furnace was the bomb, but the insulation was even better since it hardly used any LP! Employees were great at the run down of vehicle operation as it was our first time using one. Great overall experience.

5 day rental, lost a day due to non working appliance
Booked a 5 day rental, paid for all of the extra insurance etc. picked it up Thursday, the RV fridge wasn’t cold, and was told it would take overnight to cool. It didn’t cool and after calling service they directed me to come back. Lost a whole day, so my 5 day trip became 4. They put me in another one after realizing they couldn’t fix it which was nice. I brought it back 20 min after 11 am and they said they would waive the late fee. Which was ok, not really a fair trade off for being charged 100 percent of the rental and insurance, only able to use it for 80% of the time losing a whole day. They didn’t offer any further adjustments so the rating reflects that. The RV was nice, class A, which was a good size and comfortable for 4 people.
