All fine with the dentist but heard today he's leaving the practice, so someone new next time. Hygienest was fine but lady assisting her managed to stick the suction tube down my my throat and made be retch, not good.

Having sorted out the appointment bookings, the visit was very good. I believe that should all be fine from now on.
The appointment with the dentist went very smoothly and I'll not hesitate to return.

Had to have some treatment done and am a very nervous patient but Bilawal made me feel very comfortable throughout.

Had Hygienist today, he was very good , the appointment was on time.
Only problem is every time I go, every 3 months I seem to have a new hygienist not really a problem but you don’t get to know them

We have joined Elms Dental Practice under NHS on Children’s Fun Day (2kids age 6&9)
To start with and all the way along it was absolutely brilliant experience; perfect communication; Tracy Receptions was extremely polite, helpful and professional.
Our Dentist and Hygienist both extremely friendly and great with kids!
Thank you!

My experience was very good. I had very many complications. I was dealt with professionally and care. Each step was explained to me in detail as we went along.

Both the hygienist and the dentist were very informative and attentive.

I had a locum but she was really good and thorough and was attentive to not causing any anxiety (I'm not great with hygiene visits despite having had quite a lot of them!). I forgot her name, sorry! But thank you :-).

Always a friendly and reassuring welcome. As a long-term patient I've seen a real progression in the personnel and treatment options via the dental practice. Currently undergoing Invisalign straightening treatment. The dentist takes the time to explain in detail the options and best outcome with treatment plans with great visual backup showing the progress to date and end goal. The dentist and nurses have a very reassuring and caring approach.

My son had to have a tooth taken out. The dentist was amazing from start to finish. He thoroughly explained what was going to happen, showing us the x rays and described what he was doing throughout the procedure. The nurse was so reassuring to my very nervous son (and mum). Highly recommend this practise

You are a great surgery. I have been using you for a number of decades. I fully understand you are a business however I think you have become too commercial. I do not want to be sold any services or treatments while in the chair receiving an already. Yes I can say and will in the future. In the meantime please stop this practice of selling whiles in the chair . Please find a different approach.

Dr Barot is always helpful. He's a friendly chap, thorough too, and always allows good time at appointments. His holistic approach is very useful. The team are friendly and staff well trained.

I am grateful to Denplan for making it possible to have expert dental and oral hygiene care by spreading the cost. The oral hygiene advice I received was particularly helpful. No more mouth wash but I now have a one bristle brush which I know how to use.

The dentist I saw was really nice and approachable and understanding of my fear about going to the dentist.
What I don’t like, and is the reason I changed to a different dentist as soon as I walked out and got into my car is the way they try and sell treatments/procedures so obtusely.
My teeth do not need to be straightened but for £4000 I could have that done?????
It’s a private practice so obviously it’s not cheap but the prices here are wild
