Elodie has been among the most inspiring and wonderful people I have met in my life. Even to this day, I still consider myself lucky to have had her accompany me as a mentor and coach throughout my HR Management training.
What I appreciated in our sessions was how attentive she was. I appreciated the time, effort, and dedication Elodie invested in helping me to hone my skills. I am grateful for the positive impact she had on my development, both during and after my studies. She was always available when I needed her - I particularly enjoyed when she sent me short videos of encouragement.
I know for me, having Elodie as a mentor and coach completely altered the course of my career because due to her mentorship I was able to finish my studies in record time and land my dream job.
I remember there were times during my studies when I felt demotivated and I was heading into a cycle of depression, specifically when I failed one of my exams. Without the encouragement, leadership, and connection I had with Élodie, I would not have been able to overcome and have the confidence to keep going. With Elodie’s help, I learnt that it is possible to find lessons in life’s strife as this is what makes a great leader.
She also taught me a lot about compassion, listening to people, taking in ideas openly, and really being more confident about who I am and my gift. I would not have learned the lessons I did as quickly without the help of her mentorship.
Without Elodie, I would have been lost in my struggles during and after my studies. She helped to give me a solid foundation to lean on when mine felt slippery. She helped me keep things in perspective and remember that all good and bad situations are temporary.
I am grateful for her and her mentorship - as a result today I’m living my dream and I al flourishing career wise. I have also been able to take the lessons she has taught me and pay it forward to others who need encouragement.
