I ordered shoes from this website, which looks legitimate and has social media accounts. Unfortunately, when I tried to return the item, everything went wrong.

Returns are handled via WhatsApp, but despite contacting them multiple times over more than a week, I never received proper return instructions or a return label. They kept saying they would “get back to me shortly” or that they were busy or in a call, but no real help was ever provided.

After repeated follow-ups via WhatsApp, email, and even Instagram, they simply stopped responding altogether. This makes it impossible to exercise my right of withdrawal as a consumer.

After doing more research, I discovered many similar complaints online about unresponsiveness and problems with returns. I strongly advise others not to order from this website, especially if you might need to return something.

In February, I ordered blue boots from two different platforms selling this brand, and both times I received black boots instead. When I contacted the client service I was assured that the blue boots would be shipped shortly (after attempting to make me believe that I had actually received blue boots that merely appeared black because the blue is very dark...), but after several delays and excuses about the warehouse being ready, I have received no further responses from the customer service chat (Fini).
Now, it is mid-May, and not only do I find this lack of professionalism unacceptable, but I also feel that I have been deceived. I sent this e-mail to complain on 14.05.2025 and received on 16.05.2025 a probably fake out of office message saying they are closed until 26.08.2024 (yes 2024!) which confirm concerns about the professionalism and reliability of this company.

I ordered a pair of shoes and they arrived in a different color and the sewing was ripped, the heel was glued badly, the finishing looked like they were made by someone without experience in a room with no light. Overall, I was very disappointed by the quality of the shoes and definitely will never purchase from this company again. It is a pity of all the good leather used on the shoes.

I bought a pair of sandals that came out in a different color than the website advertised. Moreover, they were dirty and weirdly marked with deep cuts in the leather. So I wanted to return them. After they got pictures of them “customer service” ignored me. I firmly do not recommend buying anything from them.
