Trash Company
He did a black Friday event in 2023 and took everyone's money then said he was sending out purchases slowly but wasn't. He went to Dubai instead. He then messaged customer to say he was finally going to make it right by not doing refunds or fulfilling orders but instead a new discount for customer. He then dissolved the company on companies house. Scammer

I've ordered from the guys before in the past and it was all hunky dory and it was all good, Until recently I ordered a couple jumpers for myself as a Christmas gift on the 6th of December, I hadn't received anything by Christmas so I thought id drop them a message just to see if there was an update, I got a response 2 hours after I sent the original message saying it would be shipped the following Monday (30th of dec) It is now the 16th of march and am still waiting for my order and even a response in all fairness, I have emailed numerous times and I have messaged on instagram numerous times also, The fact I had placed a few orders in the past with this company so I knew I was in safe hands and I knew what I was getting and the customer service was 10x better than it is now its ridiculous and a joke

Ordered on the 20th of December (roughly around then). Still have yet to receive my package and it's now the 2nd of February numerous emails sent no reply. A scam and sham of a company

Company is Trash at best. Paid for my Son’s Order in August 2023. Same BS, Shipping Conflicts and no offer of a reimbursement. All they said is He would receive a Free Beenie Toque! Laughable at Best, these guys need to be dismantled and disallowed to sell Internationally. Brits are True Trash!! Nothing good ever came from there!!! Fact

The owner can be found on there and he's just a fraudster, full-time scam artist.

Don’t order, this brand is hot GARBAGE. My order from a YEAR ago still hasn’t been fulfilled and their excuses then was because of shipping issues and payments issues. I gave up and eventually forgot about it. They then suddenly emailed everyone a sob story to “make up” for the scams with a announcement of reopening their store and discounts attached to it… I decided to see if I can get compensation, so I went to their OFFICIAL website clicked on “Return and Exchange” and got sent to a MALWARE and VIRUS site. Thanks 💀

This man is a scam and is now running Lost Fiction Clothing. Beware people

If I could give a review that was less than a one I would I ordered these clothes in July July 29 to be exact and it is now October 16 and I have still not received my order. I keep trying to email Customer Service and with every email they are saying that They need the order number even though it’s in the subject line and then they keep telling me that they close every ticket and have to reopen the ticket just to tell me that the clothes are still being manufactured. I didn’t order a house so I think it’s ridiculous for you to take three months for a company to send out closing And then when I try to get a refund, they told me it was no refund either. I spent almost $200 on clothes and these were for my son’s birthday.

I ordered a shirt on Jan 1st and got a mail a fee weeks later that they‘re late with shipping due to logistical difficulties or something of that sort. I thought I‘ll just be patient and wait but then I wrote them a message to their support email address and on instagram to inquire about my order without response.

Ordered, nothing came, no updates, no responses to my email. Got scammed. GG

Ordered a t-shirt from their "Shibuya Drop" on the 1st of Feb. I have ordered from them previously and had no issues but now wish I'd checked this before ordering again.

Was shocked to see a few days later that they closed their store down, then to see them deleting comments from concerned customers from their social media. Attempted to reach out twice via their emails but got no response.

Thankfully PayPal has been a great help with refunding my purchase.

Avoid these lot. Awful. Destroyed what goodwill I had from my previous orders. Designs are nice but the service (or lack thereof) is atrocious.

I made an order on Jan 1st and it’s been almost 2 months and zero updates. On top of that, now they closed the website.

They even had the nerve to keep taking orders for months just to steal more money from people know damn well they weren’t going to fulfill any of them.

Not shipping orders, blaming paypal, saying by email to customers that the store is closed due to processing issues but they still seem to be accepting payment online. STEER CLEAR.

This used to be a great company to get from but since the end of 2023. They haven’t shipped orders. I ordered in November and still nothing. Sent multiple emails to them with no response each time. Now they have just sent an email yesterday saying they’re “temporarily closing the online store”. Basically not getting my money back or the items.

I placed an order with Elohim over a month ago, fully anticipating the 7-10 business days delivery time. While I'm generally patient and can wait for orders, the lack of communication from Elohim has been deeply concerning. Despite the order (#15429) being placed on January 3, 2024, for one Graphic Hoodie, it remains unfulfilled to this date.

I've reached out through 5 to 6 emails and even attempted to contact their Instagram account, only to be met with complete silence. The absence of any response or update on my order has left me feeling ignored and helpless. I'm starting to doubt if my package will ever arrive.

I wanted to give Elohim the benefit of the doubt, but this experience has been nothing short of exasperating. I urge others to think twice before ordering from them. It's unfortunate to say, but at this point, it feels like it might be a scam. If not, I implore Elohim to fulfill my order or at least communicate with me about the delay.

This situation is unacceptable, and I hope no one else has to go through this ordeal.

UPDATE : Now their website doesn't exist anymore. Real question : how do I get my money back ? Should I go to the police ? Please advise...

They recently changed their supplier and have destroyed their business! They gave 3 different reasons why the order wasn't shipped yet, its was over 2 months late, they leaked all theor customers emails in a thread which is a serious GDR issue, when called out in the issues they don't respond and delete comments on their social media. Business is based in Manchester but now the supplier is in Dubai so when my package arrived i had to pay customs fees on it when this was not specified by them. Absolutely terrible service and they've ruined and good reputation they had

Absolutely shocking and disgusting treatment from this company. Been waiting over a month for my order - when you contact they give you a email that doesn’t even make sense and doesn’t tell you exactly where you even stand with your order! I’m out of pocket for my boyfriends birthday presents- I’ve been scammed and stupidly used my bank so I can’t get a refund. When you comment on their social media they just delete and end up ignorning your emails - absolutely dreadful would give zero stars. Absolute con artists.

If you’re considering buying from here, don’t. They just keep taking orders but never ship anything. You wait months and months with no replies to emails, comments on instagram deleted yet they can push out new drops. Worst customer service and a scam.

Last year I bought a T-Shirt from them, it took a month to be delivered but the product was good. For that, in December I decided to place an order with time to get a present for Christmas. Placed an order on 02/12/23 and this time never received it. Elohim Saga customer service wasn’t very helpful and unable to give me a real solution, glad PayPal helped me with the refund. Don't buy anything from them it seems like a scam.
