Elonpuzzle Reviews

I wish I had read the other reviews before buying.
1.Delivery took a very long time
2.Puzzles come in cloth bag with only a small swing tag of the image of the puzzle.
3.poor packaging for transport.
4.puzzles prices very small, not suitable for young or elderly.
5.overall.puzzle is very small
6. Edge pieces do not interlock
.7.Generally cheap quality.
Avoid this product is my advice

The puzzle is beautiful however...
1.A small piece was broken
2.The image to follow was of no use. Too small and not clear.

What you see and buy is not what you get on closer inspection there are broken pieces and it came in a bag and not a box. The quality is very poor for such a premium price

Wish the pieces were interlocking, the pieces were also a lot smaller than we thought they would be ... but overall a nice challenging jigsaw

This puzzle is precious because the pieces are mostly familiar animal shapes. It was beautiful as we worked on it. The only drawback I could say is that so many of the border pieces just sat against each other without locking into each other, it was difficult to spin around or adjust.

I ordered 3 puzzles. The pictures on the puzzles were correct, but that was the only part of my order that was right.
The puzzles did not come in the beautiful wooden boxes, instead a material pouch.
I ordered all 3 in the largest/most difficult number of pieces and none of them were.

Nice puzzle, but jigsaw puzzles always come with an image of the completed puzzle, either on the box or inside. I ordered two Elon puzzles. Both arrived in bags, and the only image was a little 2 inch tag on each bag. Definitely too small to see the details of the intricate image. I emailed the company and asked about it and they said I should go back to their website, search for the puzzle, and print it myself. A hassle when you don't have a color printer. Why don't they just include it like every other puzzle maker does??
This review requires I check a box stating that I haven't "been offered any incentive or payment to leave a review for this company", but the company keeps sending me emails saying they'll give me a $5 voucher if I leave a review and send them a screen shot, so I'm only checking that box so I can submit.

Beautiful puzzles. Smaller than I anticipated. Also one piece was broken upon arrival which caused us to not be able to finish the puzzle.

It is a beautiful puzzle. I thought it was going to be bigger than it was, but overall it was a lot of fun. I love all the different shapes.

The package got delivered flawlessly, cant comment about the internals though since this i sa birthday pressie for an upcomming birthday. It's packed in a lovely looking bag . We wont have to do much to make it into a birthday gift.

Puzzle very well made and the little bag is gorgeous.
Smaller than l expected it to be but an absolutely perfect present for my friend.
Would definitely buy another one as a gift.

Delivery took longer than expected. The pieces are quite small, so older people with hand issues may find it challenging. They come in a cloth bag, with no large image to work against as a guide; that's going to be a problem for the puzzlers in my family. Purchased as xmas gifts (I buy all year), so no idea what the finished product will be, but given the contents of the bag, it's going to be a lot smaller than anticipated. I won't be returning for any additional orders. Kinda disappointing.

Shipping took a lot longer than specified. Although tracking was good.

I bought 3 large sized puzzles. According to the photos provided with finished puzzles in frames I am disappointed with the actual sizes. They really are quite small.

This is now my second puzzle I have purchased. I started out with a small one but loved the finish product so much that I have bought a large puzzle. The colors are vibrant and the challenge in assembling it is engaging. Great puzzle.

Beautiful colours, challenging (which I like), 1st puzzle had no issues, 2nd had 2 broken pieces and 1 didn't fit correctly. Would improve customer service and satisfaction if they delivered the product in a box.

I didn't really care about the container the puzzles came in so the cloth bag was not an issue for me. There was one broken piece but it wasn't too noticeable. The pieces fit together beautifully and the finished products were amazing.

I saw their ad on facebook and ordered 5 puzzles. Then i kept getting ads for puzzles. There is another company name they use and i saw that ad. I was looking through the comments and saw one with a picture that was exactly the same as one from the the first company i ordered from but with a different name. I screenshot it and posted it under the comment on the other ad. They deleted my comment and blocked me. So this company makes multiple profiles and leaves fake comments on their pages. Thats pretty shady so I tried to cancel my order and they told me it already shipped. It didn't ship until 3 days later. One of the puzzles has lines all over it like jigsaw pieces and some of the pieces are broken. The website also says large puzzles have 220-330 pieces. 3 of my puzzles only had 134; 186; and 210 pieces. I would definitely avoid this company

These were purchased as gifts. The Puzzles came in cloth bags, not the beautiful boxes shown in the advertisement. I am very disappointed with the puzzles as pieces are broken… would not recommend this product.

I was surprised that the puzzle came in a soft bag in a plastic envelope. Should be better wrapped. Two pieces were broken, but all the pieces were there, so I could fix them. It's a challenging puzzle and looks beautiful once completed.

Puzzle came in soft bag and not beautiful bix as in advert. Several pieces broken. False marketing!
