Elonpuzzle Reviews

Super upset it didn’t come in the cool box only to find each puzzle cause I bought 2 had 1 missing piece and 2 pieces from each puzzle were broken.

Placed my first order for 3 puzzles. Took a month and a half to get but the puzzles were nice well cut, clear image. Yes, they come in a pouch. We decided to place another order for 3 large puzzles. The second order came faster than the first but the quality of the images are terrible. Very blurry. And 1 of the 3 puzzles is completely wrong design. The very dark picture on the pouch is of the fox I ordered but the pieces in the pouch is the corgi. Needless to say, I’m very disappointed. BUYER BEWARE. Order at your own risk!!

I received an email that my packaged was delivered. i was home on the day they say it was delivered, I am still waiting even after they responded to me to wait another 48 hours. Still nothing, What a way to run a business, I want my money back!

I ordered 3 if the yin/yang puzzles in the largest size. Am disappointed that they did not come in the protective boxes advertised and at how small they are. I feel they have been misrepresented.

Very disappointed the item arrived in a pouch not a box
nothing like the adds on Facebook
Cheap chipped pieces and some pieces broken.
False advertisement and wont be buying from you again.!!!

VERY POOR QUALITY, NOTHING LIKE THE ADS ON FACEBOOK!!! CHEAP PARTICLE BOARD LIKE MATERIAL CERTAINLY NOT ANY REAL WOOD CLOSER TO CARS BOARD THAN WOOD! TINY, TINY SIZE, NOT EVEN IN A BOX, COMES IN A BAG AND NONE OF THE PIECES FIT TOGETHER PROPERLY! There’s NO WAY THESE ARE ANYTHING LIKE THE ADVERTISEMENT!!! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR HOW DECEITFUL THEIR ADVERTISING IS!!! And you CAN’T RETURN IT FOR A REFUND BUT I HAVE SPOKEN TO MY BANK AND BEEN ADVISED TO RETURN IT REGISTERED MAIL WITH PROOF OF DELIVERY AND REPORT OUT TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AS FRAUD AND INSIST THEY REMOVE THE CHARGES!!! THIS SHOULD NEED ILLEGAL! And GOING I JUST LEARNED THE HARD WAY, IF YOUR BANK EVER ASKS YOU IF YOU RECOGNIZE THIS CHARGE BEFORE WE PAY IT BC IT IS SUSPECTED FRAUD… ALWAYS GO WITH THE BANKS WARNING THAT THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN REPORTED FOR FRAUD MANY TIMES BEFORE AND THEY ARE TRYING TO WARN YOU THAT THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!

Beautiful puzzle. My mother enjoyed putting it together. I highly recommend this company and their product.

I was very dissatisfied with the order I received the pictures and the videos are very deceiving in my opinion. My star wars puzzle came in with no pieces that it was supposed to come in with. The size was extremely disappointing I will never order from here again

I received my puzzle only to find it in a fabric puch not a box. Some of the bits were broken which is disappointing as I was looking forward to this.

Very disappointed with size and fit pieces are loose refernce pic is small will never again purchase

One star purely because I still haven't received my puzzle yet!

Overall, I really love the puzzles. The colors are bright. The puzzles are a nice challenge, but not too difficult. I ordered the smalls for all 3 I bought because I wasn't sure how they would be. I should have ordered the larger ones as the smalls were a little too easy for me. Good for older children. My only issues, the pieces fit loose once it is together and it took longer than expected for them to arrive. About 2 weeks.

These puzzles are made of extremely cheap and thin wood. The colors are very dull (nothing like the ads on Facebook). Came without a photo to help build puzzles by. The pieces are seriously tiny. And the only came in a bag, no box, like in your ads and website.
Extremely disappointed and have requested a refund, to no avail. A Mathew keeps sending me a reply offering vouchers for future use. Why on earth would I want more inferior products?

My favorite puzzles! They are all so unique and pieces fit very well. High quality and fun for any age.

If I could I would not leave any stars. Do NOT order from this company!!! When my puzzle came, pieces were broken and also half of the puzzle was missing. I contacted customer service and they would not send me a new one or refund my money. The only thing that they were willing to do, was to give me a coupon for up to 30% off my next purchase. Like I would ever order from them again! Buyer beware on this one!!!!!!!

These puzzles do not interlock. They are cute, but you can't move them at all without messing up what you have already put together. I was dissatisfied and disappointed in them. 😔

I was disappointed when puzzle came with tiny reference picture. So I have not even began puzzle

Really, really disappointed, not as advertised. No box, the box in the advert was lovely and pieces look almost magnetic on the advert but they aren't that great quality. This was a gift but I couldn't give it as one as it came. Would not recommend and would not buy again. Be very wary, substandard product at a high cost.

I ordered a small puzzle, it turned up within the expected time frame.
Beautiful puzzle and well made. Very pleased

There is a procedure to assembling these puzzles, not offered by the provider. You must glue at least a few pieces to a flat surface large enough to hold the puzzle. (A panel from an Amazon shipping box works for small ones. For large one carefully tape two panels together.). Work from the glued pieces outward. If pieces fall out glue them, too. The puzzle pieces are not interlocking. If you build it without gluing anything down, you cannot move or lift it. It will fall apart. As you build it without glue inserting a new piece moves the puzzle, and pieces already inserted fall out. Without exception. Caution: when gluing pieces down do not work toward an edge and then build the edge. THIS DOES NOT WORK! The slop inn the connections builds up, and pieces near the edge will not fit.
