Don’t even bother sending emails, you won’t be responded to. Do a chargeback from your bank as item not as described and relax.

I purchased a dress from elora melbourne. It came within 10 days which was perfect, but I wish I had a listened to all your reviews as this dress was way way too big plus crappy material.
I have emailed the company 5 times with no response to returning my item. I’m now in the process of contacting PayPal and my bank provider so hopefully I will some clarity in regards tothis company.

This company is nothing but a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
The dresses arrived and they were flimsy and rubbish. At half price as they claimed to be they were still over priced at the quality. Even after verifying the size measurements they did not fit. I contacted the company to send them back for a full refund as per their website. They offered to keep the dresses and refund me 1/2. Not good enough! I sent them back to the dodgy address I was given and of course have not seen a cent in refund.
The site looks legit and eludes to bring in Melbourne but it is not! Everything was shipped from China. Nothing but CRAP! Don't get scammed like me.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

1. Product take a very long time for delivery with limited communication.

2. Absolutely terrible quality of material.

3. NOT AS ADVERTISED.

4. Terrible customer service and very very poor communication.

Order a dress and paid $79.95 crap material, my grandson could have made better out of paper. Save your money, will never by again.

Should be 0 stars. Rubbish quality, you do not receive the advertised product. Just a cheap knock off and if you want to return they give you a ridiculous price for postage.

Ordered 1st Nov, no update received on order, no response from support when emailed, still no update and no product shipped. Thinking it's a total scam site

Markets itself as being a Melbourne company with easy returns. Order came direct from China, took ages and one dress was rubbish quality, the other not as described. No tags on either. Returns you have to pay to ship back to China. Run a mile unless you enjoy being scammed.

Bad service. Expect to post back to china to get a refund which is not worth doing. Takes days to respond to requests. Very poor quality clothes and not as pictures. Their actual Website does not have anywhere to leave a review so customers dont see how bad they are

IT IS A SCAM!
I ordered 4 dresses off here and they are cheaply made and don't match the photos at all. They came in plastic bags with no label tags on them, that was the first red flag when unpackaging them. Plus it took them 3 weeks to come from China and then when I asked for a return/refund, they asked for photos. The dresses are unworn and they are not returning my correspondence. Now their website is down. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!
