DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ELOURIS

I'm disgusted with this company. I bought a body relaxer from this company. First, it came late, then the box was damaged. I asked to send the product back, and they said I wasn't in the timescale, which I was. They wouldn't give me an address to send it back. So that delayed time. Then I was told to try another 90 days, which I said no to, as it gave me stomach pains, and the instructions said to stop using immediately. They also said the timescale they give you to use the product is when you purchase it and not when you receive it, which is unfair. It was weeks late. It's not a money-back guarantee. I even filled in their returns form, but again, they refused to acknowledge it.

Faulty product received – refund refused despite UK consumer law

I received a faulty product from Elouris and contacted them within 24 hours for return details. Their website states a 30-day return policy, and under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 I am legally entitled to a refund for faulty goods.

Instead of providing return instructions, Elouris stalled the process by asking for videos of the fault, which I supplied. Even after this, they refused to give me the return details. In their public responses to reviews, they claim they issue refunds and provide return instructions, but in my case, they did not.

I escalated the matter through Klarna, but Klarna closed my dispute without reviewing the video evidence (admitting their system does not process files over 20MB). Klarna then reinstated the payments, leaving me paying for a product that arrived faulty.

Elouris’ refusal to honour both their own 30-day policy and UK consumer law is unacceptable. Their public replies on Trustpilot are misleading and do not reflect how they actually treat customers privately.

I am now escalating to Trading Standards, the Consumer Ombudsman, and the Financial Ombudsman regarding Klarna’s handling of the case.

I strongly advise others to avoid this company.

As fake as their Amazon reviews

As fake as their Amazon reviews. The second I saw their website claims the cellulite massager to be “FDA approved,” I knew they are scammers. Do not buy from this “company” - it’s a joke and they’re preying on women who are struggling with these issues.

Part 2. I get the item after 18 days, bring packing tape on my trip after initiating a return in their portal yet “no return request exists” and now it’s past the 30 day return window. Total scam artists. They wait until after the 30 days to tell you this but when you check on it, they tell you to be patient.

Painful, Poorly Made, and Ineffective

I’ve tried many cellulite devices over the years, so I have a good sense of what works and what doesn’t. This one is by far the most painful I’ve ever used—so much so that I couldn’t complete a single full session. I have a high pain tolerance, which makes this even more surprising.

The device feels flimsy and cheaply made, with rough edges and uncomfortable attachments that dig into the skin rather than glide over it. The motor is weak yet somehow still manages to cause discomfort without delivering results. It does not come close to the performance of better-quality machines, both in feel and in effectiveness.

If you’re serious about reducing cellulite, I’d recommend skipping this one and investing in a better-built, more user-friendly device. This is simply not worth the money, time, or pain.

Placed order May 2025. Never received so I reached out to them July 2nd. They replied next day saying it’s on the way and that holiday may cause some delays. I emailed them again July 31st advising I still haven’t received and have not received a reply as of today 08/02/2025

I wish i had of taken time

I wish i had of taken time
to read the reviews before I ordered. I emailed the company to explain I had. changed my mind and would be returning back the unopened package. I was advised this is not possible and they won’t give me a returns address. They advised I have to try the item before I can return, which reading
the reviews I don’t want to try as i will never get my money back. Customer service are not helpful. It’s a cheap product from China that you can purchase cheaper on other sites not the genuine product. I opened a return on klarna and the company said they couldn’t do anything to help because I had a hold on the payment, so i changed it to received and now they are saying they’ve won the case and I have to pay. I am happy to return this item still packaged but I will not be paying for it and have advised klarna of this. Please read the reviews before going near this company

Such a Scam…

Beat up box when it arrived two weeks later. The apparatus assaults you. Waiting a week for approval and directions for returning it. Customer service is so attentive until you need to return it. No response when asking customer service for return “approval” either so this reply below is such a scam.

Do not buy!

The shipping box was not what expected, wildly taped, the box was torn, the quality of the plastic is cheap, the rolling balls are plastic, and it is painful and left bruises even when following directions. Tried in two spots and it was awful. Reached out within a week to return and they are refusing the return.

Won’t let me return it.

First I received this item and the box was damaged. Then when I tried to use the item even on setting one it hurt so bad and would not release the suction. Then I tried to return the item with their money back guarantee and they would not let me return it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Update 7/25: The company reached out after I left this review and made things right. I received a full refund and an apology.

The item I received was in very damaged, obviously opened packaging and the product was definitely used. The device itself had an oily film on it which since the company directs you in the all the marketing materials to use a lotion or oil with it leads me to conclude that the product has been used before. I emailed the company for a refund as not only did I receive a used and oily packaged item but it took much longer to receive than they had promised. They refused to help. This whole process feels like a complete and total scam. Now that I am reading trustpilot reviews, I see that this is at best an unscrupulous company at worst a complete an total sham. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

SCAM

Wanted to return the product back in April, still fighting this now. This company is a scam. They refused to give me a return address as it was in the 14 day window and now they are refusing to refund me. Broken their own terms and conditions. Customer service is non existent, they continue to ignore emails and still to this day i got told " we won the case". How professional is that? This company need to be reported.

Quack Medicine

Total scam. Old school quack medicine in a slick modern package. Does not work. Can not work as designed. Cheap Chinese junk whose only function is the almost magical ability to remove money from the pockets of gullible people. Oh, and you can't get a refund under any circumstances. Even if the product is unused.

By the way, their responses to bad reviews are as phony as all their 5 star reviews on Amazon. ScamAdvisor website rated them a 2/10. With 10 being trustworthy and 1 a total scam.

Would give 0 stars if I could. SCAM!

This company is a total scam. For starters, the device is so powerful on the lowest setting that you cannot glide it across your skin at all. It stays in one spot unless you release it and caused incredibly deep and severe bruising on my legs after the 10 minutes I used it. The website has a completely misleading return policy that says you can just write them to get your return. They then make you apply for a return after writing their “customer service”. Then they just reject your return saying it’s user error and not the device. When I wrote them again, insisting on a return, they just ignored me. Furthermore, they charged me $70 for the device, and I found the same exact one on Amazon for $23. This company and device are a total scam. Buyer beware!
