We enlisted ELP to help us sell and buy property for my disabled sister. No mean feat as we are based in Canada and she is in Edinburgh. Navigating virtually with the team whilst managing on-the-ground assistance was going to be tricky.

Both the estate agency team of Angela and Tracy went above and beyond. Tracy personally visited my sister and got the ball rolling. Angela then picked up the baton playing a superb game of volleyball resulting in a super quick sale at more than we expected to get.
Angela is so warm and always accommodating. We definitely felt she was giving us platinum service throughout. Then onto the purchase and the conveyancing. Jeremy was absolutely fantastic.
So communicative, warm and spoke in laments terms. Always answered our questions promptly and succinctly.
Jeremy also went above and beyond by personally visiting my sister in his own evening to have her sign the disposition. Really understanding her physical and mental limitations.

You couldn't hope for a better experience when buying/selling properties as you get with ELP.

Tracy, Roxanne and Angela have all been fabulous with two sales of ours in 6 months(getting one on the market in less than a week when under a time restraint) and kept us up to date with all of our viewings and feedback, as well as respecting our life commitments at the same time. I really feel like I was dealing with friends by the end of our marketing process on the second property.

On the conveyancing side of our two sales and latterly our purchase, Laura has been pivotal. Often checking in to update us on how we're progressing, as well as responding to our email queries by the end of business days, we've felt well supported and covered throughout our property journey and never been in the dark.

Over the last 6 months I've built up a lovely relationship with the team we have worked with and they prove why I was right in returning after the purchase of my first solo flat back in 2021. Quite honestly, a fantastic group and if we're ever in the market again I wouldn't dare go anywhere else.

You hear horror stories about dealing with solicitors during a purchase, but Jeremy and ELP were nothing but supportive, informative and proactive.
