newer received parcel when asking for return only half they can refund ! this is joke !!!

Ordered clothes paid for them in June and still waiting. Not replying to my emails .
Bank now investigating

Ordered June 2024. Never received my order. Heard nothing from them.

Not worth the one star
They scammed me out of my money and then tried to use my card details to take £500 out and transfer to another account
Luckily my bank were on the ball and declined the payment
Do not go near

Doesn't even rate that another one no goods I've preserved and got some back reported to bank for fraud they helped please do the same I won't stop until they pay back what they conned out of me they shouldn't be allowed to get away with it

Don't buy anything from this company absolutely disgusting way to treat customers. No refund given when goods didn't arrive. Bought goods in April and been told every week refund is on its way. Now all emails being ignored would not even give them one star they deserve nothing.

Cancelled order, was told refund would take 5_7 days. Still waiting 4 weeks later. Wish i had never ordered anything from them. My review should have been minus stars.

Currently awaiting an order I placed in June they say it’s in the country 🤷🏼I tried to track and was asked to pay a £1.00 to get details which I haven’t done sent an email today let’s see what I get back

Not worth this star. Same story as other reviews … ordered, said they’d delivered and only got refund because I’d paid through PayPal. 100% scammers. But everything looked so convincing & professional, But please DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, save your time and money! 😡😡

Placed an orde weeks ago, according to them order delivered, tried contacting them, no response, wish I had researched this before I placed order, I’m so angry with myself, please don’t order from this company, I’ve learned the hard way 😡😡😡

Ordered goods following tracking says goods delivered never received them.
Contact e mail bounces back.
They go to the trouble of giving you tracking
but this is fake
They advertised on Facebook .
I'm still in contact as had a reply from email support @liziteam.com.
Starting order been delivered.
Sent another email saying it hasn't asked for UK courier details still awaiting reply
I have to accept I've been scammed and lost my money as payed by debit card please do not buy from them .
Seems a long winded way to scam someone.
And so the story continues just had email saying it appears to be lost in transit and offering refund or re delivery I've opted for re delivery as I don't want to hand over bank details so watch this space

Please do not buy from this company. Both I and a friend received no order, despite being told it had been delivered, nor any refund. Complete scam 😡

I have also fell for these scammers. Cant believe I fell for it. PLEASE dont place orders with Elpizal..no replies.no emails . Learnt my lesson. So upset .

These are real scammers , i placed an order 3 weeks ago and paid by my bank . Money has been taken but no order delivered. Please dont waste your money . I wont get my money back or goods but i have learned the hard way and

Placed order eventually got a refund through paypal. Given a fake tracking number don't waste your time ur money

Never received order. Luckily I paid through PayPal and got money back, unfortunately less delivery but at least I got majority back. Definitely a scam

I had to click a star here but its not worth one star. Paid for two items,no confirmation email, no delivery information and two weeks later no goods. They ignored my posts on facebook and emails. Paypal intervened and refunded my money
