Stay away from this place the absolute worst there is. Numbers wise the worst I've ever seen in 20 years. The winning % is by far the worst I've ever seen at around 10 to 28 wins per every 100 spins. Thats basically less than double any legit place would be . Spins per free spin another worst ever. Any legit normal place is around 100 spins per free spin. Not this cheating steaking place. Any bet over $1 is around 300 to 400 spins per free spin a joke. Anything under $1 is a lot closer to what it should be under 100 spins per free spin. Stay away a site like bovada has way better statistics that this cheating stealing place

This site definitely has his ups and downs. However, I have to say that the customer service and the billing department are wonderful! It would be nice to see a faster way to get payouts, but once you get to learn their system and understand it, it becomes less frustrating. There are definitely opportunities to be successful on this site, but I would suggest when there is a payout happening that you can add to that payout with additional winnings without having to restart the timing process of the payout. I made a small deposit with a bonus offer they advertised just to check the site out. I hit the jackpot for 6k on the first day I started playing. I decided to give el Royale casino a try so I made 2 different deposits on the site. I lose the first time no big deal for it comes with gambling from the start of the slots I noticed the difference in how the reels where spinning a little different the on my other casino sites which raised my curiosity. So I made my 2nd deposit into my el Royale account I was up a little more than the initial deposit and went to try another slot game I was on the way down when I hit a big payout. Here is the problem with this RIPOFF casino:
I've went around with this casino on a couple different occasions but the latest one really put me over the top on my decision to never play here or Las Atlantis (their sister casino) ever again. First time around I hit for $25000.00 after probably spending $15000.00 and tried to cash out but had not verified my account so there was a process which took several weeks and by then I had gambled the money all back and then some. I won another $20,000 plus dollars after spending probably another 15-20k only to find out that they will allow me to spend 10k in a day on my credit cards no problem but i can only cash at the rate of $2500.00 a week. I read the terms and conditions and it states that payout amounts can be adjusted by a host depending on status of play so I reach out to a host and he tells me that he may be able to get me a one time payout of 5k which he did do but that was the only time iIwas ever able to get more than $2500.00 in a week. Don't think if you play big here you are gonna get treated like VIP cuz its never gonna happen. I contacted my host and let him know that I was no longer going to business with their casinos because it was absurd that I could lose 10k in a day and in a bad week I probably lost over 25k and can only get 2500 of it back. apologies are great but you can't cash them in so I let him know this casino probably wasn't for a player of my caliber and i was going to discontinue playing here because of the 25k I won, I only cashed about 7500 out before spending it all back. Yes its taken them a couple weeks to verify my account. Please stay away from El Royale Casino. Their validation department prolong a payout. It's a complete scam. I have submitted every form they require for a withdrawal, and they send me an email for more documentation. I have emailed everything other than the name of my second child and I haven't received my withdrawal since November 23.
