Rune is amazing guy

Rune is amazing guy. I got a damaged part for my scooter. One email and new part on the way to me. The customer service is amazing. I highly recommended.

I haven’t receive my package yet!

I haven’t receive my package yet!
But yes! Elshoppen help me with finding it and I’ll probably receive it soo. :) ✌🏼

Hey,

We are very sad to get this review,.
The package was shipped within 3 hours. You have all tracking info. You tried to pickup the package 2 times, but the shop manager was not able to find it. But the package is in the shop, as we can see on tracking.

We contacted DAO and they where not able to locate the package, after one day. We wrote you and told you we would sent a new package to a different shop.
This is not our fault, but DAO and the shop you have picked in the selection menu, is a big mess so we have told DAO that no more of our customers can use this shop in Copenhagen. We are very sorry that you had this experience, we have wrote you back within minutes on all communication. We hope when you receive the package, you will be very happy with the customers experience and products.
