A spacios and nice apartment with a great location
A very nice and accommodating hostess and the apartment had a great location and was spacious and pleasant. There were even a small balcony with sea view. The only minus was the combined TV/living room/dining room which was quite boring so we ate in the kitchen but it worked out great

Telinet increases their prices after signing the contract
I got a discount from Telinet Energy as it was promised by Elslking. Every month I could see that my price was with the discount. I checked prices on Elskling again in 11 months and noticed that Telinet is offering me lower price than I had at that moment (without discount, I compared prices before the discount). I guess they give lower price at the beginning and increase it later.
When I asked the customer service of Telinet Energy why they have lower prices for new customers, the lady became a bit rude and said that it is related to the electricity contract (average price for month or hourly). The lower price was for hourly contract. I think it is not true since I entered my postcode and address and there was no information about the type of contract.
Update: cancelled my contract with Telinet and received an email from them saying that I have to pay cancellation fees. Called then and changed it to a new cancellation date that was agreed with Telinet. Received a faktura for cancellation anyway. Had to send them emails and call to explain the situation. They were trying to convince me that it was a faktura for electricity. I proved that it was a cancellation fee and they cancelled the faktura.

Some companies are offering discounts to new costumers and often the terms and conditions are valied for 12 months so if you choose a campain offer we recommend that you look over your contract every year since the prices change and so does the terms and conditions for the contracts.
