My fussy cat started using the litter box right away, probably because the inside is so spacious. On the downside, cleaning the interior globe is a little awkward and time-consuming.

This automatic box is a big improvement to my daily routine. The only thing is that giving it a deep clean is more of a chore than I anticipated.

This litter clumps well inside the machine with minimal residue, which is a plus. It does track all over the floor, though, so I'm constantly vacuuming.

This litter box does a good job keeping things fresh for my three cats, but the waste drawer fills up fast so I have to empty it more than I'd like.

This automatic box fits perfectly in the corner of my small bathroom. It's surprisingly compact for how much it does.

The included liner bags are sturdy and have handles, which makes taking out the waste a clean and simple task.

I love being able to monitor everything from the app, especially when I'm away for the weekend. It gives me great peace of mind.

Setup was a breeze - I had it running in about ten minutes. My cat hopped in almost immediately, which was a huge relief!

The Orbitie is a true game-changer! My home is finally free of that litter box smell, and I've reclaimed my free time from constant scooping.

I never ever leave reviews but this is crazy. I would give it less than one star if I could. I can’t tell you how un helpful this litter box is and their customer support is.

I’ve had my box for a little over a year and normally I wouldn’t reach out for mundane things but it feels like every couple of months or so I had an issue w the damn thing. At first it would go to scoop and not do anything, which I had to mess w the damn thing for two days to figure out how to fix. Then the teeth off of the rake broke off and it kept getting stuck and I had to go in and deep clean the entire thing before it would work again. Recently I had to take the entire rake because over time the rake lost all of its teeth bc it kept getting stuck on something??? I never figured out what it was.

Most recently the arm itself broke. The thing that scoops the entire box is broke and the customer service told me that not only would I have to buy a whole new arm (which they didn’t not tell me how to do so) they also wouldn’t help w fixing it. They said “it’s out of warranty so you have to fix it yourself”.

I am mad so some of it seems so small in the big picture, but the amount of frustrations and headaches I’ve had over this damn box has just reached a boiling point. I will NEVER recommend this box to anyone and their customer service is horrible. Took days to get a reply and they were basically like “sucks”

This was the biggest piece of crap I’ve ever bought in my life and customer service is trash. After three weeks, mine broke the rate got stuck. I went online, looked it up what to do done all of that called customer service and they dragged it out until there was no warranty left. it was always try this. Try this. Try this send us a video of it working and it’s not working. I have all my documentations of how they jerk me around. Finally put it in the building and they said oh we’ll take it back we’re gonna charge you for cleaning it even if it’s clean and a restocking fee so you’re gonna end up owing us money for their product. I learned my lesson I went and bought me a little robot. Was it more expensive yes, it was. Was it worth it? Absolutely it works. Don’t waste your money.

They refuse to supply an address for return of their product. They refuse to give a return authorization. Refuse to honor there 90 day return policy and keep trying to give you 2 bags of litter for a $300 product. I purchased this thru PayPal and they refuse to help.

We set it up and our cat would not go near it. We tried it for a week and called for a return. We had to take pictures of every piece in the box and sent them in
After we finally heard back after over a week, we were given a return authorization, but had to ship it back to California, from SC. Cost $151
Sent it back and they received it on May 16
Emailed yesterday to see about the refund, was told they could not find the return and I had to send them the UPS

This morning I received an email that I would receive a refund within the next 10-14 days

Don’t buy it. The UV lights don’t eliminate the smell. It’s a gimmick. It stores the waste in a compartment in the back and it’s not airtight so it starts smelling bad right away. The litter sticks to the sides and it is REALLY DIFFICULT to clean once that happens. You can’t really return it because you have to pay the shipping back to China. Shipping will cost you more than the product itself and they want a re-stocking fee. I would give negative 5 stars for the inconvenience and my money wasted.

I had this for 3 months when it quit working on me. The arm won't go down I've tried everything and nothing. I emailed the company with a video and still haven't heard anything from them. Do buy this product.

Do not purchase this litter box. I bought mine in September 2024 and with in 4 weeks it stopped working. Contacted the company by email because that is their only way of communication. Had to send them multiple videos showing it didn’t work. Then they sent sensors to replace which required myself to tear this litter box apart and hours of work. It took 6 sensors to be replaced before the machine started to work again. Then the box worked for 3 more months and the company again is requiring me to send videos to show the issues. It takes them weeks to respond and weeks to get the sensors. I asked for my money back in October because I only had the box a few a weeks, they refused and made be do this replacement. Now I want my money back because it has a year warranty and they won’t honor it. Horrible box, horrible company! Don’t deal with them, save yourself money and headaches. In the mean time we purchased a litter robot, well worth them money!

I'm so embarrassed that I gave this as a christmas gift! Her cats didn't start using it until March, and we didn't realize they were using it until April and the arm wasn't scooping. Back and forth with non helpful emails, sending videos and pictures. They tell us that it's past the 30 day return policy, though it has a year warranty! DO NOT BUY!!

Id give it 0 of if I could. The worst worst purchase a complete waste of money! Don’t even be tempted. The sensors die after a month or so leaving you with a completely useless box, customer service are there to kill time and wear you down only, without help, support or any kind of resolution. The guarantees are worth nothing, read the small print and return costs which leave you heavily out of pocket, this is a scam company with defective dangerous goods not fit for purpose. imagine sensors that are faulty a closing litter door that closes shut and won’t open, a heavy duty rake stuck half way and hopefully your cat no where near when this happens! This company should be shut down for selling faulty goods.

Do NOT buy any product from this website. Return Policy is awful. Bought a Robotic Cat litter box and it is not well designed at the poor that the pipí comes out the box. I had more work after than before the litter box. I paid 389.00 dollars and they offer me 39 dollar and keep this non working machine
