Really unprofessional service

Really unprofessional service, full of excuses, delayed and rude. Orders printed wrong and had to be chased to finish the job. Don't use for large orders or anything that matters. Would not recommend or use again. Had to cancel travel arrangements and plans to repeatedly come back to the shop for an order of almost £300 from Monday, to finally get the prints before close on Friday. Alfie was defensive and rude, hung up the phone to me when there was issues with the final prints on Saturday.
