Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I ordered the wrong size for an item (my fault). A few minutes later I realised my mistake. There was no option to cancel the order. I emailed the company within 20 mins to ask them to change the size or cancel the order. I was told several times this is not possible. Yes, I can return the item but this is unnecessary admin for everyone and bad for the environment.
