I tried to cancel the order as soon as I ordered it. No one got back to me at all. I waited for weeks to get it just hoping that well maybe it will be okay but it wasn't. It's way small and very flimsy terrible material and basically it's just junk. The fact that nobody gets back to you even when you email them several times should tell you something about this business.

I ordered the Twisty Paws toy on December 5, 2025……around 6 weeks ago. Product has not arrived and the tracking information is never updated. I have sent several emails but never get a response. Their website says they offer a “live chat” but there is no link to it. Do not waste your money on anything from this company!!!!

I purchased a Twisty Paws cat toy from them and it fell apart after 10 minutes of light use. I’ve emailed them 5 times in the past 2 weeks regarding their 30-day return policy and they haven’t responded.

I ordered a cat toy on the 5/12, but still haven't received the item. I have written on a regular basis, but there is never a response I'm going to try their chat line.
I wish I'd seen these reviews before buying. Their service is none existent. I think this business needs looking into.

Worse customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered 3 sets that were too small. I emailed to exchange for bigger sizes. They have been sending me emails saying they will send me a prepaid return label. It’s going on two months and they won’t send it.

I ordered two mathcing sets from this company. First it took forver to ship, then I recieved a notice from the UPS that I needed to pay a shipping fee of $13.00 to pick up my package. I reached out to Elvesa's support and they said to take a picture of the receipt and they would reimburse me, so I did. The product was cute but was too small. I have been trying to return my product and get reimbursed from cost of shipping and the product for weeks, still nothing! I am so frustrated. I will never order anything from this website!

Terrible customer service I did not receive all my order, they did nothing to help resolve nor refund my money. No response provided. Order took almost 2 months. Do not order from them!

placed an order at the end of April. I have not received it yet. They of course charged my card and have my money. I have NOTHING to show for it. If i look at the tracking info, its been in the states for over a month now. they sent me an email asking how i liked the product, told them not product, they have not replied.

Terrible sizing. Nothing fits and I ordered up from my normal size. Took 5 weeks to arrive and now no information available for returns or refunds. I will be sure to warn others when this company comes up in my feed. Very disappointed...corrupt advertising IMO.

Received item but it did not fit. Website says you can get a refund within 30 days, but you cannot. They offer you a discount but no refund. I have been emailing for several weeks and finally got someone to agree to a refund, but they refused to give me an address. I mailed it to the sender, but it was returned to me. I think they are just crooks. Do not order from this company!!!

I received my items in good order, however, both items were too small. I was offered a 20% refund on an order that was closed to $100 for the items including taxes. I sent an email to my dissatisfaction but received no reply. The blouses were in excellent condition and fabric but it is impossible to wear if they are too small. After receiving no reply at all, I am hesitant to reorder larger sizes

I just need a larger refund than 20%. I have the original packing and packed in good order. This site cannot be reputable if customer satisfaction is a very low point. I will never order from this site again. I order from various catalogs and have never had an issue with refunds.

It takes entirely too long to receive. It's going on four weeks and still no package. I think they are shooting customers BS. about their orders. If I ever receive my order, I'll be done. Sorry I didn't read reviews first.

Terrible customer service - two months with no product and no refund. Disputing the charge due to their inability to correct the situation the right and easy way.

Do not order from this company. Out of China. Order will take at least a MONTh. No refunds. You are stuck! I’m still waiting for my order. Reviews I’m now reading state items run really small.

I guess it's always good to read the reviews before you purchase. My raincoat took a month to get here. I ordered an extra small and it's huge and it's not like I'm super tiny or anything. After the 40% restocking fee and paying shipping to Netherlands, it's not worth a hassle. I'm gonna donate mine to a woman shelter. Lesson learned to read the reviews when ordering from a company that you're not familiar with.

Raincoat took awhile to come and when it did, they sent the wrong color. I can return it, but the cost is out of my pocket and they are also keeping $22.79 as a restocking fee. What a scam! Will never buy anything from them again!

On April 9th ordered raincoat and payment was transacted, as of today haven't received item. Trying to reach on website use spins.

I ordered a blouse from this company. It took forever to arrive and when it did it was way too small. I followed the measurement chart but it didn't matter, it was tiny and I ordered a large which fits with most other brands no problem. Also, there's no way to reach these people. Their email doesn't work. So, out of luck on approx $60. Will never order from them again.

I ordered a rain jacket on 4/15/25. I never received a confirmation email from elvessa but my money was taken, I finally heard from them on 4/1 telling me that they had been out of office for a while but they were working on getting thr orders sent. I tried to contact them today but the email they responded from is no longer working. This is a total SCAM!!!! I want my money refunded!!!

AWFUL. Fell for an ad.

It’s from China. Customer service does not reply… item never shipped. I contacted my credit card company, THEN they send me an email through customer service asking me to cancel my case with my credit card, but refuse to respond to my emails! And the item still hasn’t shipped??? Now the customer service email doesn’t even work.

Also— read the fine print: if you even ever get your order and (it’s too late in my case) need to return, that’s shipping on your wallet AND a 40% restocking fee????? That’s a whole new scam!
