Paid for a mat grind to unlock a mount. They said: 'Done in 3 days, your character is safe.' I log in a day later to check progress — character's stripped naked. All my high-level armor and weapons I didn't store away just vanished. Obviously, the Elvesmarket worker just disassembled my char and sold the gear to a vendor or on the market to make extra cash on the side. Support claims I did it myself before the order to set them up. It's theft and they have zero shame! 50 bucks for a headache and a naked character. Don't mess with these guys, they'll strip you clean!
