My survey was carried out by Neil Marshall. I cannot praise him enough! I was extremely impressed with his level of detail. Pictures were clear and Neil provided lots of information. All the area's of concern was covered at a high quality. I really appreciated that Neil called me to give me a quick run down the following day to cover the main issues and provided quotes. He was clear and so helpful. Professional. I received the actual survey days later. The survey saved me from making a poor financial investment. I will definitely be using Elvet again!

I received my report the day after the survey which was a very quick turnaround and it picked up some important matters I wasn't aware of. The report was clear, easy to read and looked like the survey was completed to a high standard, covering everything I wanted to know. The pictures were also very helpful.
