After a long wait, finally received the products I ordered. Quality absolutely shocking. I won’t be ordering again! Avoid!!

Absolutely in love with this coat. The quality is outstanding — from the luxurious fabric to the beautifully finished details. Do not buy from this company there going into liquidation just search them in companies house - I was stupid enough to take the risk they sent a faulty coat after a month now it’s been another month and they still haven’t send the refund or bothered to reply to my messages don’t buy from here

This page is a full scam. They gave me the coat and the zip was broken. I asked them to return it and they agreed. Once returned they stopped opening my messages and after 4 days they say they didn’t receive the parcel. Royal Mail investigated for 4 weeks and said it was delivered to the right address and right person.
They now have my money and the coat!!!!!!
Full scammers.

I had an absolutely awful experience with ElriveParis & I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I ordered a coat and was repeatedly told it would arrive “tomorrow,” “next week,” or “the next day.” These empty promises dragged on & to this day, I haven’t even received the coat I paid for.

The communication from the owner, Tanya Shahid was shockingly unprofessional. She seemed to have no regard for customer satisfaction and failed to provide clear answers or follow through with her commitments. Every interaction left me more frustrated than the last.

For a company that spends so much time posting glamorous content on social media, you’d think they’d put the same effort into delivering their products and treating their customers with respect. Save yourself the stress - this business is nothing but a disappointment.

Do not purchase from them! Quality is rubbish and they don’t refund your money back even after following their returns policy!!!

I brought both a jacket and a cardigan and they look amazing ! Came really quickly too. I struggled with the sizing but I messaged them and they responded super quick with reference measurements and suggestions on sizing. All the fur is also detachable so win win.

I bought twice from them. First time no trouble... Cropped jacket fitted fine. Second order long coat was made for a 6ft model so requested return... Helpful customer service, gave an address in Manchester. Returned the parcel as requested, they received it as delivery was recorded but no refund or response to my email. Very disappointed... As liked their collection n was planning on purchasing more!! Glad I held back. Don't know where my money is? It's not even cheap to think forget about the money!!

Awful, in fact, childish customer service. If you can even call it that. Poor communication. Deceitful to be precise. Promised one thing, delivered another. Over 2 months delay receiving item etc etc. Requested refund, was offered discount. Never received discount despite several messages. Messages read with no reply. Better companies out there than this one.

My new made-to-order wool teddy coat looks amazing at the best price point as well. It's such good quality and super heavy and thick for winter. Honestly, the best customer service I've ever experienced. I was very hesitant shopping from Elvire at first, but I ended up being massively disproven and feel horrible for not trusting them now! Thank you so much Tanya, I look forward to shopping with you again
