This company is a big scam
I ordered a coat from them last year in October and received a joke of a rag half stitched together not even fit for a Halloween costume
There were no tags on the coat to say what it was made of and care instructions
The buttons were stitched on the coat through both layes of top fabric and lining so the use of the pockets was quite impossible
I contacted the company and confronted them about what they promised me and what they actually sent me and I asked them for a refund
I posted the item back to them on registered post as they asked only to find out that they can’t be bothered to refund
The parcel is at customs in China for month and they still haven’t sorted it out as promised
Big scammers

This website is a scam. They're not based in Dublin. The dress was of very poor quality. I'm waiting 4 months for a refund I'll probably never see. I'm emailing someone called 'Emma' with pre fabricated responses. Scam

If I could give a zero I would I returned a sports bra in November and emailed the tracking number,three emails later from me to them still no refund. They are a disgrace if I could get a legal way to get my refund I would. Don't ever buy from them they are not in Dublin they are in China and are scammers.

Don't buy off this company. They lead you to belive you are buying from Ireland. Then it comes from China or in this instance doesn't come. I have paid through PayPal and have ordered the item on the 3rd of December, still has not arrived today is the 27th of January. They gave me every excuse even though they stated 8-10 business days. Your return policies contradicts legislation in terms of refunding an item. Your actions have broken consumer rights, you failed to deliver an item for this length of time and did not refund me when legislation and consumer rights say otherwise. I will be reporting you to the relevant authorities. I would not have bothered writing a review if you don't the right thing the honest thing. Word of advice this company is a complete nuisance to deal with an I question their following of consumer rights and legislation.

Ordered my 2items 4th of December 2024,as present for Christmas,it says 8-12days delivery.still had some extra time.but i got my parcel just yesterday 14th of January ,2025.i dont need this item anymore as Christmas gone Evwn NY is gone.i was texting them many times .asking make full refund but all emails i got with same text wait a little bit more.not 8-12 days 1.5 month.worste company ever.they r not saying they based not in Ireland.dont even order.because items i got came from ali express for 10 € price..

Fraudulent site not based in Dublin but China.do not use products are cheap rubbish

I concur with all the reviews here. A product ordered and paid for 3 Dec 2024 still has not arrived. I am fobbed off by correspondence. Paid for through PayPal who should dump this fraud company who are not Irish and have no shop(s) in Ireland. It does not reflect very well on PayPal having anything to do with them! I have requested a refund through PayPal! In short AVOID like the plague!

Items eventually arrived after 7 weeks waiting and are nothing like advertised. Cheap material tracksuit bottoms that are advertised as 'under armour' but are fake and I mean extremely fake!

Ordered a jacket. What cane was nothing like what advertised. It was that light you could nearly see through it. They advertise as Elyse Dublin! Location Henry st. Which is why I ordered from there in first place. But they have nothing to do with Dublin. All their products come from China and are very bad quality

Same as everyone else's bad reviews. Items bought on 12th December. Item never arrived till today. I will be returning my product. Its a joke. Refund given with 30 days of purchase and return to be sent back to China!!! 😡 Website shut down over holiday period. Track not working. This is NOT an Irish company. Avoid at all costs.

Please be aware of this bogus site. I purchased some items on the 10th of December. Nothing has arrived yet and the website is now not working. Tracking number that was supplied also doesn't bring up any information. Very disappointed. I now had to cancel my card as these bastards have my card details.

Ordered i around the 10th of December till in transit tracked it through 17 track if helps people there website is gone offline my ordered is in destination post or picked up by my local carrier yet when I check the likes of An Post, Fastways or UPS no info is found

This was a wife Xmas present so disappointed I hope it does arrive but losing hope. These pop up online shops should be a shamed of what they do but scams like these will always be around lesson learned

WARNING ⚠️ ***DO NOT ORDER OF ELYSE DUBLIN****cheapest crapiest quality-takes 4 weeks to arrive-Ordered 5 items on the 12th December worth €237.00 & l have still not received them. I email & the reply I’m getting is there stuck in transit, l track the order number & it’s no where to be found. Yet l ordered of other companies in December like Temu, M&M Direct , littlewoods etc , received everything, I’m so disappointed because they were Xmas presents for my daughters. I foolishly taught this store was in Dublin & items were been posted from Dublin, Won’t be ordering of Elyse Dublin again. Update!! 9/1/25 Miraculously l received 4 out of the 5 items. The boots are wrong colour & size. They won’t refund me until l pay to return them myself even though it was their error. The 3 hairdryer sets are not working. USA plug & when u plug into adapter it blows what it’s plugged into .. I’m still waiting on the 5th item, which are boots, Not expecting much in quality when these boots arrive either . I’ve been debating returns through PayPal. There not much helpful either. Why PayPal allow this company to be part of their service is beyond me .. Elyse are a disgrace of a company , they make Temu & SHEIN look like a 5* shopping experience.

This is a fake company. They are not based in Dublin, they are a scam company whose website was set up in the USA in August 2024. Do not order from them, they will take your money, and then you won't receive your goods and your tracking information is deleted.

Absolute scammers. I'm raging. I though it was a shop in Dublin. Link to the website is no longer in use. There should be place for scammers. Facebook and instagram have a role to play here they are enabeling these scam artists to rip people off. Why are these adds not checked, Unless meta is getting a cut. Facebook can get me my money back.

Update: the website has been taken down and then put back, reminder that if you paid by credit card and didnt receive the right item or didnt receive the items at all, or receive bad quality items you can contact your bank to get a refund.
Chose 1 star as I cannot give 0. I initially thought it was a shop in Dublin as advertised. About us: Henry Street with opening hours and picture of the shop. When I saw that the parcel didn't arrive the next 2 days I wrote to them and they said "we are based in China we do not have any shop in Dublin." I asked to cancel the order as the info were totally wrong on their website. They refused to cancel obviously and said that I will have to wait for the parcel to arrive and to send it back to them at my own cost to China. (=cost of the item!) while they were supposed to be based 1h30 from home.

I bought an item on this site, very pretty, the site said it was leather, I paid €45, it said it was from Dublin and that it would arrive in 2 to 3 days at most, it took about 15 days and when it arrived it was a rubber boot! Totally false! Do not buy anything from this site. 🛑 stop

The only reason this is getting one star is because I can't give it zero. Scam company. I buy shein clothes, don't have a problem with that but this company is advertising as Irish but isn't. Avoid
