I had a very disappointing experience with EmailFlyers.net and would not recommend their services to other agents.
The social media posting I paid for was not done in a timely manner.
The first flyer went out with an incorrect subject line.
A second flyer was sent out without my approval, advertising an open house that had already passed — which made me look unprofessional to clients.
Despite multiple attempts to reach customer service, they have been unresponsive.
I also requested a refund, but the company never responded. As agents, we rely on timely, accurate marketing and responsive support, and unfortunately, this service did not deliver on any of those points.
I am sharing this review so that other agents can make an informed decision before spending their marketing dollars here.
