They were apologetic about the software not working for Yahoo mail. However they offer a free trial so that any issues can be caught before committing to a paid subscription. I chose not to go forward with tech support for a workaround to the issue.

Personally, after using Email Detail Archive for a few weeks even though firstly I couldn't figure out how to convert emails to PDF and asked about this in customer service and they helped me really fast. I highly recommend this program to save your time since this program turned into a must-have for me =)

very satisfied by their software tools and their IT support. I think they are the best in market for processing your email archive files like PST or EML files. sometimes we have questions about some of their added features.. but their agent Kevin always responded in short time, and with step-by-step screenshots sometimes :)

Email in Detail apps is the best to convert emails and view them without Outlook! I don't even need MS Office to view attachments anymore!
I highly recommend it to everyone!

A truly complete solution for all my email viewing, archiving and analysis needs! I absolutely love the sleek interface and fast launch of the applications. I am also impressed by the competence of their technical support team and how they always addressed all my questions and issues pertinently.

I installed Email in Detail softwares and they all worked perfectly on my Windows machine, no bugs, no lagging, and no .NET files dependencies like with some other email viewers providers. I am also in love with Email in Detail's clear UI and elegant icons which give a familiar Windows 10 look and feel, and I can easily preview my emails offline without losing any of its details or attachements, so I am very satisfied !!

Email In Detail was simple to learn and utilize for me. Each time it was required, it performed admirably. There were a lot of common formats. I really wish it was USB/portable, and I'm hoping it will be one day. It is, in my opinion, a really valuable software. Because I need to be able to manage my emails while I'm not connected to the internet. This is something I can only do with this application. It's an incredibly great event that transforms into the various file formats I require.

We were in need of a way for our customer service agents to have the ability to open .eml or .msg files easily. We installed Email in Detail on our Terminal Servers and the process was extremely fast and easy.

We have now been using the program for over a month, and we have yet to have any complaints or issues from our CS agents.

If you are looking for an affordable solution, especially for RDS implementations, Email In Detail is the way to go!

I am really impressed the way Email Detail Litigation handles all the emails. Tried it on my MSG and PST files. Very satisfied with it, without a doubt I want to recommend it to everyone.

I found Email In Detail easy to lean and use. Worked well each time it was needed. Had many common formats I DO wish it was USB/portable, and hope one day it will become this.

Never needed "support" until I migrated program to a new laptop. Then, they
were very friendly and fast.

I'd feel comfortable recommending this product but do hope (again) it will go USB/portable one day soon!

Other applications I've tried that promised to archive emails cleanly and in batch process did not live up to their promises.

I believe it is a very useful program. Because I need to be able to manage my emails offline. I can only achieve this with this program. It is an extraordinarily wonderful event that it translates into different file formats I want.

I am happy with my purchase of Email Detail Litigation. The whole process took just a few minutes, the key arrived by emails immediately. I used the app only once so far for a small case with Outlook emails, it worked fine.

I am impressed with the support I got from Email in Detail. I lost the license, contacted them by email. Kevin sent me the new one in 2 hours!

I used Mail Pro for document discovery, the original documents were in MSG file type. The app did a good job, the PDFs were good. I haven't contacted their support yet, though they asked me if I am pleased with the purchase (I am).

Payment process was smooth, got the keys instantly. I am satisfied with the service EmailInDetail gave me.
