AMUST to check emails compatibility
The system is a MUST to check emails in multiple browsers. Their pricing is affordable and the offerings are on par with competitors. Do find that troubleshooting one email does require creating new projects so I wish there was a better way to keep track of a template without new tests over and over.
A robust, reliable email testing tool
While my company has had an Email on Acid subscription for a while now, this is my first time using it and I love it!
The ability to fully QA my emails and ensure that the product going out to our database is optimized, accessible, and completely tested gives me confidence in our deliveries. The step-by-step guide for campaign testing is so user friendly that I learned while testing an upcoming email send.
I would recommend this tool to anyone in need of a robust, reliable email testing process, and I'm excited to check out the Analytics options next!

Great Way To View Emails With Unlimited Testing
Email on Acid (EOA) is great for testing, but could use some tweaks.
Email on Acid (EOA) is a great way to preflight your emails on multiple devices. I used EOA at my previous employment to help troubleshoot the coding of email designs created by myself and the UX team in support of company marketing efforts. The ability to see how emails will probably display in so many viewports is extremely helpful in planning layouts, and in understanding the challenges faced by end-users, even highlighting ADA compliance issues. My only grumble about EOA is I did not see any data/statistics on how many people actually used and/or viewed email on specific devices or viewports. They provide display examples for so many devices and viewports it can be a bit overwhelming. If one device/viewport is only used by a small percentage of your audience, that makes it an edge-case, and thus it could be decided not to worry about whether that particular device/viewport is worth sweating over. If EOA were to provide easily referenced data on device and viewport usage statistics, that would help inform decisions as to how to better customize the testing experience.

the process time for the test is higher than expected, also, I need to refresh multiple times before the most recent test shows even though I received the notification as sent.

Excellent service for email developers and designers
I have been using Email on Acid for over 5 years now. It’s become and invaluable tool to deliver emails that work well both on the desktop and mobile. Needless to say, the preview screens have saved me a ton of money in hardware.
Service is great
Very happy. It's lower cost than some other alternatives, and super fast.

Email on Acid is a great tool in email development and has a lot of great features that help me trouble-shoot my code. I would like to see Acid improve its servers to be more responsive and be able to publish my tests in a faster fashion.

It's just OK.
I received a notification out of the blue to review Email On Acid, so decided to take up the opportunity.
It's OK.
When it works, it works well. There are days where it will repeatedly crash for hours at a time rendering it unusable. Whenever I've raised this with Support I’ve been fobbed off.
It works on a screenshot model, rather than live renders, and I appreciate that development limitations are likely the reason for this, but it means correcting errors in your code is hugely guesswork and the repeated rendering of imagery is tedious. I do all of my corrections externally as a result and only use EoA to check the output. In fact, none of the other features of EoA appeal to me at all, so it was staggering that my monthly bill DOUBLED overnight recently. The only reason I remain a customer is that despite the price hike they’re still cheaper than competitors.
