It replaces the usual stack of six separate tools (a domain registrar, a mailbox host, a warmup tool, an email verifier, a sequencer and a CRM) and the CSV files that connect them. What EmailPal does: - Domains and mailboxes: buy or connect domains, with SPF, DKIM (two keys), DMARC and MX records set up and verified automatically. Create mailboxes in bulk for $1 per mailbox per month. - Warmed inboxes: warm your own mailboxes with real accounts at Gmail, Yahoo and AOL, or lease pre-warmed inboxes on domains aged 90+ days, with measured inbox placement shown beside each one. - Sequencer: multi-step campaigns with A/B variants, schedules, daily limits, automatic pausing on high bounce rates, and a pre-launch check. Sequences stop when a lead replies. Open tracking is off by design because it hurts deliverability. - Unified inbox and CRM: every reply from every mailbox lands in one inbox. Label a reply Interested and a deal opens on your pipeline automatically. - List verification: catch-all detection and invalid, risky and disposable address checks before anything is sent. - Deliverability autopilot: EmailPal runs its own mail servers and IP pools, scores reputation per provider (Gmail, Microsoft, Yahoo) every hour, and steps problem addresses down automatically. - REST API and MCP server: 83 API endpoints and 75 tools let developers and AI agents such as Claude provision domains and mailboxes, launch campaigns and manage the pipeline. Plans start at $69 per month for 50 mailboxes, with no per-seat or per-campaign fees. Every plan includes the sequencer, CRM, API and list verification. EmailPal is used by founders, outbound agencies, sales teams and technical teams who want cold email that reaches the inbox without managing several tools.
