I've used Email Signature Rescue for several years and it creates some rich and beautiful email signatures that stand out from the crowd of ho-hum and boring signature lines. If you do them right, they stand out to the recipient of your emails and it definitely will get their attention.

Email Signature Rescue is good - lots of free templates and easy to use, although doesn't work how it thought it does and you have to sign up to find that out!
