Bought a ethernet cable that was advertised as Cat6, but upon receiving it, it definitely is not Cat6 and more like Cat4. Speeds are too slow. Emailed them and have not received a reply. I could not find a way to leave a review on their website

Bought two 5 metre lengths of LED strip lights. hooked them up and they did not work. Contacted the seller withe video showing they were not working. Have emailed a number of times since with no reply. Not impressed, should have bought from Aliexpress probably more reliable

Ordered on Thursday morning and order arrived Friday lunchtime. I was super impressed as it had to come from Auckland to top of the South Island.

I ordered a laminator and pockets. As there was no indication as to when I would receive the goods I emailed them. I received a reply straight away.
I was very happy with the quick response including the tracking number and the quick delivery. I will definitely order online again.

Reasonably fast delivery, great price, quality product, and excellent communication throughout.

Unfortunately I ordered something on a Tuesday and it still hadn't been sent by the Friday morning. VERY slow shipping, I ended up having to order from somewhere else that managed to ship and deliver in less than two working days! Wouldn't recommend if you want something fast. I won't use them again

Bought a 4 tier white shelf.
Flimsy. Not painted properly. Bad quality. Shipping was slow.

Even though item went missing because courier driver put it over my fence next to alleyway rather than down the drive to my door, emax replaced item. It was meant to be signature required, but once again, the courier just.dropped it off. Luckily I was home this time amd they came to the right door.

I've used eMax more than a coupe of times now and have never been let down.
Whenever I have a question for them regarding a particular product they are quick to respond.
Similarly with ordering and shipping products, you always know where things are, with good notifications, tracking and speedy shipping - I highly recommend using this NZ based company.

Since last year I have purchased more than 50 products from this place as I found them reliable and trustworthy, items such as garden tools engineering and household tools. They are all reasonable priced, working as described nicely packaged and promptly despatched. Just once a sort delay was quickly sorted out by there friendly staff. Will buy here again.

The speed of delivery could not have been better. We were about to leave on an overseas holiday when I remembered the last time I had used my camera the battery drained very quickly. Could i get a replacement in time? An online search showed several suppliers stocked the product but this one had stock in Auckland. I have been caught before with suppliers who fake their website to appear as if they are based in NZ only to find they are based overseas so delivery is slow. eMax is honest, they really do ship from Auckland, with next day delivery.
The batteries look identical to the original Sony product (apart from the branding) and although I could only do a quick test they seem to be functioning like the originals.
