Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I ordered my nephew's jacket on Nov 24. Do you know I didn't receive it until Jan 17th!!! Trying to get anyone to email you back is almost impossible. I had to also contact Groupon, just to get them to respond. Apparently they emailed me (which I never received) They claimed that the "the font you choose was very feminine" So when they finally responded to me they said my order was on hold til they heard back from me. DON'T YOU THINK 2 weeks is MORE than enough time to call me and find out since I had not responded?? Keep in mind this was my FIRST Christmas with my nephew, so needless to say, disappointed is an understatement, NEVER will I order from them again.

non-existent customer service

I’ve contacted the vendor over and over (left messages on voicemail, sent emails, sent messages to their FB page, etc) and gotten barely anywhere. I ordered two tumblers through Living Social for $66 on 10-03-16, ordered both from the vendor Embellish Accessories and Gifts on 10-31-16 and paid an additional $6.99 for each of the two for shipping there. On 11-08-16 I received an email from the vendor with a tracking number which shows it delivered the very next day on 11-09-16. I called the post office who told me to file a claim since the vendor wouldn't help and it is actually their responsibility because they have the necessary info needed for the claim questions. I filed a claim with the USPS but they told me the vendor would ultimately reship while this is being resolved and when the $50 insurance was awarded it would be to them (since I ordered two separately there should be two insurance payments available but the vendor chose to ship them together even though I purchased and paid shipping separately, but anythig is better than nothing at this point). They would not reship while the claim was being processed, they wouldn’t even respond for over four days despite dozens of emails, messages, Facebook messages and posts to their page. Eventually I got a response with a discount code telling me I could reorder the lost items at a 50% discount. So I’m out an additional $69.99 (total now spent with them for two tumblers is $149.97). When they do respond to an email at all a week or so later, they say something stupid and irrelevant like "shipping is $6.99 per item" which was never in dispute. I think the overall goal with these people is to so thoroughly frustrate customers and waste so much of their time that they simply drop it. What a nightmare, no wonder their BBB rating is so horrible and online review sites all show clearly why from real-life customers who took the time to share...I wish I had looked that stuff up before doing business with them. Funny that on their own site, the only reviews are those they "invite" to review and called them "verified"; with a total of five items I've ordered now, I've never been "invited" and guess I'm not one they want a review showing up from. The vendor is no help at all and their customer service is non-existent.
