Exquisite and elegant
Got my order extremely fast and it's a beautiful and elegant ring. Can't wait to surprise my hubby with it hes going to love it. I extremely recommend these gorgeous rings to all :)
2 years, 6 rings later... you cant go wrong.
So lets start over the last 2 years I have purchased 6 rings. I have gotten the finger size wrong on occasion and the customer support is great. Simple exchange no big deal.
Durability... My oldest ring looks exactly like it did on the day it arrived.
Style.. I go from the bold white ceramic, to wood inlayed Damascus steel. I have enjoyed them all.
Finally, these are the only rings I wear. Good Company, Great Product at a Fair price.
Fantastic
I ordered the wrong ring size and contacted support via email. They got back to me within the day, and I received my new ring a few days after sending the old one back. This a fantastic company with great customer support and stunning products. I will definitely recommend EMBR to my friends!
Amazing ring, even better customer service!
My husband wanted a tungsten ring for his wedding band and when we found the EMBR site we loved their rings. The ring is beautifully made with lots of character, he really likes the weight of it and how comfortably it sits on his finger. He also loved the 4mm width as he didn’t want to have a heavy fat ring to wear, so the one we found is literally perfect for what we was hoping to get.
We got the wrong size for him as we probably didn’t measure right, and we were able to exchange it no problem! Ross was always super helpful and responses were quick. We actually had to exchange sizes 3 times as we kept on getting a size that was either too big or too small for my husband but we finally found the perfect size thanks to the easy return/exchange policy from EMBR. If you’re on the fence wether to buy your ring online or not, I would say go for it with EMBR! Their rings are beautiful and you will be able to find the right size if you’re not happy with your initial selection. My husband and I are very happy with our overall experience and love how perfect the ring turn out to be for what he was looking for! Thanks EMBR :)
Eh product and horrible return process
The Damascus steel band did not look like the picture and had an irritating texture. Went to return it and the process was a headache and on top of that they made you pay for everything. Would not recommend.
Garbage
Garbage. Looks nice but fell apart after literally 10 wears. My husband doesn't even wear it every day, only for nice occasions (of which there have been few), and the lining completely separated from the metal. Customer service is also poor. Do not waste your money.

We ordered from Ross and although the ring was not exactly what we hoped for, he was very kind with the return process and we received the full refund. I wish you luck in your business.
You get what you pay for
I got my husband's ring in 2017. It's a black tungsten ring with green stainless steel lining. Right off the bat, they sent the wrong ring. They sent me a plain black tungsten ring. I contacted customer service, and they got back to me right away. They sent the correct ring at no additional cost. It arrived two days before our wedding which was cutting it a little close for comfort, but at least it arrived.
The ring started scuffing after a year. My husband is a diesel mechanic. He's required to take off his ring, for safety reasons, before starting work. The scuffs didn't come from work, it was just normal wear and tear... After only a year.
Last year the green lining came unglued and fell out, and the ring acquired even more scuffs and scrapes. He just wears the plain black one now, and even that is getting scuffed up after only about eight months.
In conclusion, the customer service is what saves this from a one star review from me. The rings are cheap. They look nice for about a year. Don't expect them to last long. You get what you pay for.

My partner got me the wood grain Damascus steel ring - gun metal. First of all, the ring is NOT scratch or water resistant, I had to contact them on their web chat to even know that! The picture on the website looks stunning. The actual ring however, did not look anything like it. The design was really bland and the ring did not shine. Decieiving picture! Also, they are ALWAYS on sale with their 60% OFF TODAY caption. Deceiving again! We tried to post a review on their site (which seems like the ONLY place to post reviews) and they did not put our review up. Do they curate their own reviews??? Naturally we wanted to return and get our money back. They did not pay for shipping the return. We had a mixup with staples messing up the return address and ended up needing to call their customer support, they didn't pick up, twice. I left a message with a call back number and never heard from them. Absolutely terrible company, terrible product, and decieiving marketing. Avoid at all cost.
