Embroidered Patches Canada (EPC) Reviews 

This was a 300-piece woven patch order for a small clothing run. I specifically went woven because some of the lettering in our logo was too fine for the embroidered version we originally considered. That turned out to be the right call. The smaller details are much cleaner than I expected, and more importantly, the patches stayed consistent across the batch. I’ve had bulk orders from other places where the first few look great and then the colours drift a bit. Didn’t have that issue here. Everything arrived ready to go onto the next production run.

We ordered 35 custom leather patches for hats and I was probably overthinking the whole thing. I kept going back and forth on the size because I didn’t want the logo taking over the front of the hat. We settled on a smaller version and it actually looks much better than the original mockup I had in mind. The leather gives it a completely different feel compared with embroidered patches, which was what we wanted for this collection. The first artwork I sent also had a couple of tiny details that wouldn’t have shown properly, so getting those cleaned up beforehand was useful. They came out really sharp.
