Wish there was a 0 rating! And wish I had saw this before ordering. Order 2 yearly planners on January 3rd. It’s been almost 2 months! Defeats the purpose now! Customer service just says they are reaching out to the carrier to get it here. I don’t even know if the tracking is legit. The last update said feb 1st. I hate companies like this! I guess the next step is filling a dispute with my bank. Last email said…. Please wait a few more days 🙄

Awful customer service!! Ordered Christmas gifts in November. By Christmas I was asking where they were as the tracking just stopped updating. They just kept saying they are on the way. 3 months now I’ve been “waiting” and asking for a refund and now they say, they arrived Dec 23rd. Lies and SCAM!!!

I have never received my order and I reached out to support numerous times and they never answered my emails .This order is 3 weeks old.Plus,I was promised it would be here on Valentines Day but that was a lie.Its Feb 20th and nothing.I will never order from this lousy establishment AGAIN.ONCE AGAIN,WHERE IS MY ORDER.BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU WILL BE CONTACTED TOMORROW. Oh by the way,tracking information stinks.! More lies.! Please, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLY BY NIGHT COMPANY. IN PLAIN ENGLISH...THEY SUCK

Wish could give negative star rating. This company is a shady joke. Ordered one of the budget planners they listed and got a totally different item . It took six weeks to get basically an extended calendar planner. Was missing about half of what was supposed to be in the budget planner. Attempted to have them correct the issues the only thing they will do is have me return it to them in China...for between $32- 45 and then get refund for $28. Um make that make sense. This place has despicable customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

This company is crap. I ordered a scripture bracelet. They sent a cheap necklace and earrings. After, countless emails back a forth I gave up. They were more worried about the package it came in than the product I received. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!

Wish there was a zero star! Ordered 3 Christmas Bible verse bracelets.. December 10th 2024.. it was a mess from day 1.. first charged me almost half of my purchase in taxes.. they did refund that but never recieved the bracelets.. they give some possibly bogus tracking number that seemed sketchy then said items were delivered and they never were. Been fighting with paypal but since they have this possibly bogus tracking number saying it was delivered they won't give me a refund. Somebody needs to shut this scam site down

I place an order of 18 bracelets. I wanted to give them to my co-workers for Christmas. I paid for expedited shipping in hopes they would arrive in time. NO, they didn't and still haven't!!! I contacted customer support several times. They say that the order was delivered and provided me with erroneous tracking number (I contacted my postal carrier). This is supposed to be a Christian company. They are not!!! I want my $71.86 back!!!

Placed order on 12/04 & paid for expedited shipping. Have yet to receive my order, zero help from “customer service”. I’ve reached out several times asking for a refund or my items. The tracking they provided wasn’t even valid.

I placed an order on December 18, 2024 and irs now past a month and I still have not received my order.
I've never had this happen to me and this is supposed to be for the scripture bracelet. I ordered 4 with rush shopping for Christmas sad I wasn't able to gift them to my grandkids

When I received my bracelets I thought I had been scammed until my kids taught me about the NFC…. You only have to touch the bracelet to your phone and a drop down of NFC will appear! Great context and Bible verses appeared when you click the link… once I figured that out! However, we are Bible based Christian’s and none of the scriptures actually match the context within the bible. Just to be clear, They are scriptures from the Bible but not the ones the app says they are. Continuous reading will clarify (or Google searches) a refund is in question or a continuous deep dive of the presentation. There is work to be done with this product!

I want my money back!!! Scammers 🤬😤😤😡 not ok to advertise something that doesn’t work, can’t even scan the Bible verses, this company needs to be reported and shut down!!! Shameful

Took forever to receive. When delivered, can't scan to get scriptures. Cloth bracelet at the best. Kids were very disappointed. Not what they said they were to do.

Scammer!!! Ordered two bible verse bracelets. No way to scan for a verse and cheap piece of cloth with a duck on it. Ordered in October 2024 and received today January 24,2025. Do not order from this company.

I ordered three scripture bracelets and they finally came but the are cheesy bracelets, no way to scan to see a scripture. It took over 5 weeks to come and the envelope return address said Grapevine, tx.

I'm like some other reviewers. If I could rate a zero, I would. I too ordered jars of Bible verses back in November for Christmas and still waiting. I've had 3 different tracking numbers. Every time it's in the US it gets stuck and then I'm back to a new tracking number and it's still in China. Somebody or all of us need to report this to the BBB. They need to be shut down for unsavory business practices. One other thing, all these websites that want to sell you things before Christmas have no customer service phone number. I would suggest in the future check your company and make sure that they are accessible to you in the event there is a problem. That is what I am going to start doing.

If I could give zero stats I would. 30 days to get the bracelets that I ordered on November 9th for Christmas presents and I finally get them today January 13. They dont even have the scripture scan on them. What a rip off!!!

Shotty quality but above all I ordered 5 weeks+ before Christmas and got on January 10th. Just ridiculous.

I order for Christmas a few bracelets and today 1/9/2025 still waiting. I keep trying to comunique and they keep ignoring my messages. So calling the cred card company to dispute the payment
