Embryo delivered effectively and allowed me to scale my business through both PPC & Paid Social.

I would highly recommend any business looking to scale to utilise Embryo for digital marketing.

This sums up our experience
We received a fabulous seo friendly page (by a fabulous copy writer)
On the back of this we commissioned content for 3 other pages but with a different structure to correspond with categories on our pages (to be written by our allocated copy writer who we had a relationship with)
These pieces of content were billed at £4500 + VAT (we barely read them because we trusted the copy writer allocated to us. But we did look at one piece of content and were disappointed and asked her to revise it but we did not check it when it was delivered)
When we received the content we copied and pasted it to the bottom of our site as our bespoke wireframe for these pages was not ready yet
Finally when our bespoke wireframe was ready and we pencilled in a weekend to upload the correct parts of content into the correct bits of wireframe we realised the content was AI automated junk and spammy content that we could have done ourself on Jasper.ai
We took all weekend to rewrite, chop up and discard most of what Embryo provided us with
We complained to Embryo on the Monday morning.
We were emailed the below response
"....I am very upset with what we have done. I do think that most of what has been done/not done has not been relayed to the business by ....., so I am not apportioning blame here to the people on this email.
After the excellent piece by .... for bifold door blinds, almost everything else since then has been below our standards. ...the SEO quality is way below our standards. There are some really 'bread and butter' SEO issues that should have been identified early on, that have still not been addressed. Simply put, we need to show the guys exactly what we are capable of over the next 30 days.
This is what needs to happen over the next 30 days:
• Firstly, we need to not take the next monthly payment @.........
• We need to change the account manager to ............. with ........... (tech seo) in support
o .........., you need to relay to ........... why this has occurred.
• We need to do a thorough SEO audit and suggestions document (...........) that has a list of things we need to send to the client
o This audit needs to be as thorough as it would be for a client paying £10k+ per month, due to past SEO performance. The output needs to be full of actionable things that can be done to get rid of any tech issues. There is much duplicate content with different coloured products etc.
o This all needs to be done within the next 30 days and relayed in detail to Heath and Naomi.

Unfortunately this email was met by deaf ears by Embryos employees who did nothing on our account. We then demanded our £4500+ VAT back for the poor quality content but were just met with "you signed a 12 month contract and we will allow you to leave it"
We are a small company and we were treated very badly and the content that we were provided with was not fit for purpose. We are out of pocket by £4500 + VAT and we are very unhappy
