One of those apps that's potentially great but written by one nerd and a dog so set up doesn't work smoothly and contains no error messages other than the "can't do it" type of unhelpful nonsense. Plex is so easy by comparison, the owner of Emby needs to look and learn. We are not interested in IP addresses and server names and all that geeky stuff you dream about.
Grate app, you can find any movie, song, series you want. Just drop a message to the owner, he will get it for you 😃.
I've been using Emby on my Synology NAS as a central hub for all my media - films, TV shows, home videos, and photos. It's effectively my personal Netflix, streaming seamlessly to all my TVs via Samsung and LG apps, as well as through LibreELEC on a Raspberry Pi.

In short, Emby is an excellent personal media solution that I highly recommend for its ease of use, versatility, and consistent performance.

I've been using Emby for a few years now. TBH I think its a great program to use, BUT the problem is the apps admin THEY SUCK BIGTIME. I recently had some issues logging into Emby connect. NOT A CHANCE even though I could log onto my account Emby connect refused to log in. So I change my password.. Thats where the fun starts. I'm listed as 'BANNED' And when you're Banned you cant access ANY help from the forums, no one to contact no help from anywhere.. And yet you STILL PAY monthly...
