Training went really well very useful Andrea was lovely

Very rude to not receive calls or rather reply on emails,if one of your students run abit late give them a chance for a different day not the way you treat people based on....

Definitely a cool team, which consists of real professionals who not only enjoy their work, but also others charge their incredible energy and inspiration ...

Excelent trainer new the subject matter and was engageing in the delivery keeping the attention of all the trainees who had different levels of knowledge.

1. Classroom layout was spacious(Moveable) and kept at the decent temperature so that we were able to do practical learning with equipment and not hurt anyone or ourselves.
2.Tutor Kim Dellanzo amazing kind, funny, friendly and very engaging, clear to see she enjoys her work and happy to help attendees progress within the course throughout the day.
3. Learning and support, the structure of the lesson was sound and engaging and prompted us to learn through visual aid as well as teamwork. Kim was very happy to correct errors without demotivating any of the attendees and give merit where it was due, she was both hands on and also took a step back to assess, the learning.
