Matthew Emeny is a professional artist from Ipswich, UK; creating high quality hand painted art featuring aircraft found throughout history and today. The Emeny Art online store hosts a large selection of Aviation art prints. Each limited edition print is artist signed, numbered and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Matthew also accepts commissioned work and paints a variety of sizes to suit different budgets. Matthews interest in painting began during his teenage years as a hobby, and later on progressed to a more advanced level as he explored different mediums and styles, whilst painting scenes from around the Suffolk countryside. In 2013 Matthew acquired a collection of black and white postcards featuring WWII aircraft. This inspired him to paint his first military aircraft, bringing colour to one of the old postcard scenes. The painting revealed a more detailed and realistic approach with realism becoming his preferred painting style. Although Matthew paints a variety of subjects; he continues to specialise in military aviation. With a passion for detail, he creates compositions which portray subjects accurately and in a way that is highly detailed and visually engaging. His desire is to create art that people can admire, enjoy and pass down to future generations.

Beautiful artwork, carefully delivered
I saw a painting I thought my husband would like and decided to order. One of the easiest online ordering processes I have encountered to date, with great communication and attention to detail. Delivery was speedy and my print arrived extremely carefully packaged with full instructions for removal. The print is fantastic! Husband immediately asked for artist details, so this may well not be my only order. Thank you for a great experience all round.

Looking for a B/W print of a…
I was looking for a B/W print of a KB50-J when I found this color one. On top of that it was from the 420th ARS, which is the same squadron my father was with in England for 3 years (1956 - 1959). I think I can see my dad in the left seat. This completes my set of five aircraft that he flew during his 27 years in the USAF. This is the outstanding addition to the collection.
