The service was amazing. The lady who picked us up from the airport was super nice and friendly. The prices were good, not too expensive. They're understanding and helpful.

The drivers from london were perfectly on time and very helpful and nice. We had lots of luggage and they were excellent. The drivers from paris were very helpful, even though our train was delayed over an hour the drivers were there to welcome us with a smile and they helped get us to the cars easily. Great service great drivers! Our drivers were sihame, rakim, mickael. Sorry if i missed any names but thankyou for the great service!

Outstanding service. The Emerald team delivered a flawless meet and greet experience at Heathrow, with seamless coordination and fast track assistance throughout. From stepping off the aircraft to being welcomed by our chauffeur at arrivals took just 30 minutes, making the entire journey remarkably smooth and efficient. We will most certainly use their services again and again.

sara was the person in contact with us and was a very nice lady to deal with, we were very pleased with the service. cars were there on time ( 10 minutes earlier ), the prices are reasonable, the service was perfect. we would most definitely recommend her to all our friends and now that we’ve dealt with sara, we wont go anywhere else when we need car service or security and house needs such as nannie’s, house keepers, bodyguards.

They are the best , very professional , accurate and before time u will find them waiting for u .
