Rude Business Owner
Single mum experiencing financial difficulty - Had to postpone paying the remaining balance for my twin daughters birthday event another month.
When i told The owner (Jordan) my situation, she then went on to tell me that she's got her own bills to pay as well as downplaying and feeding back everything I told her on the phone as to why I was unable to pay the remaining balance this month. Spoke to me like i was an idiot , making false accusations of me messing up her revenue for something i had no control over currently. Unprofessional, rude, arrogant. When I gave her the options to extend the paydate or cancel it in order for her to keep the non refundable deposit of £100, she then said recieving that "doesn't cut it" for the lost availability dates she could've offered to other customers. I believe that I tried to de escalate the frustration as a business owner on her end, but from her side - I got sarcasm and rudeness. Would not recommend being a paying customer for this business. Can't even get back the £100 deposit which adds to my frustration from the disgusting phone service I recieved.
Prices I find are unreasonable and steep for simple hall hire for an under 5s childrens birthday party.
