The service rendered was swift, on time and straightforward. Explanations given were very precise and well articulated. Will definitely recommend to others to use them.

Some small issues with dates but that could be due to them being able to install so fast despite the main fuse box being in the center of the property. Also a loose network wire that got fixed, otherwise very good and professional

Every interaction was brill, as everyone was professional and full of knowledge and experienced.
Sales (Darren), scaffolders, electricians (Mick and Karol) and Shoaib (office) and especially the roofers (Mark and Katie &team) all brilliant. Roofers in particular had a tough time with our roof but had the experience to get it done.
Now all done and getting benefits of the system.

3 key areas of experience - Sales, Installation and Aftercare/support, all of which were excellent. The sales team were professional, courteous and did not apply pressure to the sales tactics.

Installation was planned in 3 stages - Scaffolding up, solar plus electrics installation, scaffolding down; all went as planned and was well communicated. The subcontractors were professional and represented Emerald well.

Finally in the post care the Emerald contact has been available whenever I had any queries about the certification and admin side of things.

Quality service from start to finish, no pushy sales and the installation lads left a tidy job, no issues atall 5 STARS!!!

Very friendly and efficient- panels were installed within weeks of initial meeting. Staff were friendly and everything went well and staff cleaned up quickly.

We hadn't really been considering Solar panels, after a spontanious phonecall from a sales rep, we discussed it and decided to get an appointment booked to find out more.
Darren arrived full of 'energy' and really knew his stuff and convinced us that solar is the best thing since sliced bread!
16 panels and 2 batteries were discussed to go with our south facing roof! Unfortunately after misjudging our roof size (i even thought 16 wouldnt fit when looking at other fitted panels around the village) only 13 of the panels fitted south and the other 3 had to be put on north.
Scaffolding was erected very quickly, The installation team came next day and worked their socks off from dusk til dawn with hardly any breaks to get everything completed within the 1 day. The Electrician really knew his stuff and explained everything needed and made a tidy job of it all!
As they left around 8pm they did spot something on the app as they were driving wasnt working so returned to fix the issue!
Everything was cleared up and spotless before they went too!!
A few others turned up to help get the job done as they were nearing the end.
The paperwork process did feel rushed at first up until they were starting to receive payment then any responses were slow but eventually dealt with.
We did wait nearly 3 weeks (not sure if this is normal) for scaffolding to be taken down after 4 phonecalls and chases from us.
We then waited quite some time for the MCS certificate and information pack to be done but eventually received it all. Just means you cant set up the export with your supplier without it and then that takes a few weeks once they receive it which is a bit annoying!
The clips that hold the birdguard popped off in the first storm (6 of them) so we ended up having doves going in and out(we thought it was stuck as could hear it as we lay in bed and whilst hubby was working in the day) This was eventually sorted and the clips were put back on after we told them about the issue.
All in all I would say go with Emerald Solar as the experience we had was mainly positives and was all completed to the handover docs within 3 n half weeks!! Thank you to the team!!

fantastic experience, kept up to date with design and process on the phone. help with signing all the forms. contact from scaffolding company prior to installation and arrived on time.
solar installers and all equipment arrived when they said.
weather on the day was terrible never stopped raining but they just got on with it.
had came back next morning to finish off with internal installations as the poor lads were soaked through. talked me through the system. helped me set up the apps on my phone. all working great.

Very professional from the get go. We had a few blips with some things that couldn’t be helped but Emerald solar dealt with these issues in a professional and timely manner. Very happy with the service provided and glad we went with Emerald solar!

There was great communication from the start setting up the initial appointment. The tech who came out to assess our roof for suitability was knowledgeable and friendly, and the Solar panels were installed quickly once the scaffolding had arrived and been set up in order for them to do so.

Tried to contact them for advice on my new heat pump and was directed to apply for a “ticket” on line before they would communicate with me. Crap Customer service.

From start to finish amazing experience and all staff could not do enough for us. Not pushy at all and fantastic customer service. Highly highly recommend if you are looking for solar panels and batteries. Fantastic as we didn't need to pay the fees up front. We did it over 20 years so we still have money in the bank to do our house up We will be looked after with everything for 20 years so a
no brainer. We were going to go with another company but went with emerald as it was so straightforward and easy. Excellent 5 stars thankyou emerald.

Emerald sent a knowledgeable advisor, gave no-nonsense technical support, and an instant quote. Richard was on point to respond to questions and update on progress while the crew was throwing up scaffolding and working within days. By the end of the week, they'd commissioned, cleaned up, and left no trace except meticulous electrical work and a professional installation.

I had working solar panels for over a week by the time Octopus Energy and E.ON Next replied to my request for a quote.

We hadn’t really been considering Solar, but had a knock at the door from very friendly and knowledgeable chap and agreed a home visit. The sales guy was very helpful/friendly and in the end we opted for 15 panels with circa 18kW storage.
We did have some back and forth with battery options and miss specification of scaffold requirements leading to delays, although the system is now installed and working fine.
Credit to the installation team who all arrived on time, taking circa 4-5 hours to complete the job (would have been nice if all packaging was taken away though).

All in all, very pleased so far….

Great work had issues with installing some oif the panels as it was harder to get them on roof so went with 2 less but all in all happy with the service, now start to save money.

Me and my mate Aaron cant be happier.
