If you can’t order from Amazon don’t get emerbu at all unless you want to wait weeks emailing them like me with no response. search up Tg and Bohan blasters their the same thing that emery just resells

Their amazon store ships and is good quality but ordering directly from their website is a big no go. They do not have anyone answering customers service messages or emails and refuse to process my order from almost a week ago.

Bought Emerbu M4a1 gel blaster for my son and he loves it, he went through the 2 bags of gel ball ammo in two days.

Amazing gel blaster I have no complaints so far solid blaster looks cool and feels cool they shipped it and got it to me in good timing love that but I do have one thing they should have videos on how to put in springs motors and gear parts to upgrade the blaster tutorials on how to do it would be amazing.

Company has a website and a market on Amazon. So it made me feel safe in placing an order with them and item arrived quick. Only thing I would request is add foam or plastic in the box so item isn't moving around during transport. Item is great I've used it and kids love it. Item was a M4A1 gel blaster

I bought an m4a1 in february and didn't get the tracking code until march, but when it arrives i definetly knew why it take so long.
The shipping was fast thankfullly they use airshipping and the blaster is amazing, so powerful, so pretty, and ready to kick bots

They don't respond to my emails. Very disappointed with the quality of few of their products and they stopped responding. Also the website was down for days a few times.

i bought a gel blaster from this company over a month ago i still never received it i tried messaging them multiple times on there number email every way there was still no response if your thinking of buying dont buy this is a scam cant trust this pissss poor company at this point i want my money back but theres no way to get ahold of them they need to get shut down!!!!

I ordered a drum magazine and a pdk blaster. The drum magazine was as advertised and good shipping. However the blaster was shipped separately and I believe it’s either coming from China or not available and I still have not received a delivery date. I emailed the contact email numerous times but have not received a response at all. I would not recommend ordering from this website. Stick to Amazon alone.

Communication needs work i was missing items from my order and no one explained or responded that the other items are comming from china and i was not provided with a tracking number or the date that the items were shipped. This is not about the product. The product is amazing and woukd have gotten a five star review the quality is amazing. This is just about customer service. I also talked to some one on the chat to ask about my missing items i asked alot of questions and i was told chill

Came in broken and no one will return my emails

Needed to update my order, I emailed what I needed and never received a response. There is no tracking in the Shop App so I went the customer service portal and requested an update on my order and never received a response.

I’ve really enjoyed the gel blaster so far. The only thing I have a problem with, is the time it is taking for shipping to come in for the extra parts. I’ve ordered over 2 weeks ago and have not had an update on it in a week. Would also like to know if y’all will be making any full metal gel blasters in the future. I would be VERY interested!

Quality is great, solid real feel. I just think that I would like a drum magazine.

I like it and I can’t wait for it to come.
