Avoid at all costs!!! HORRIBLE DENTAL CLINIC!!!!!

I went here for emergency dental care due to severe pain. It was great that I was able to get an emergency appointment in just less than an hour but this was the only great thing about this place. They demanded to be paid upfront $50 before they would even see me. They were very concerned about getting the $50 upfront and right away. I should have walked away when I had the chance! They did 2 xrays and I saw a dentist. They showed me my xrays on a large screen monitor in the exam room. I went there because I Was experiencing sever pain in my mouth.

The dentist reviewed my xrays and shared his observations with me. He indicated that he thought three of my teeth were bad and should be pulled out. He looked in my mouth and I asked him 3 times to check my gums on the right side because they were hurting more than my teeth! He didnt do more than hardly even glance at my gums. And said they were ok. They are not OK they hurt like hell and on a pain scale from 1 to 10. its a 10, a constant 10, like kidney stone pain....feels like you are having a 10 LB baby~! the Dentist told me I had pulp/nerve exposed and thats why it hurt so much. He didnt plan on pulling any teeth today on Saturday, I guess he is just there for the $50 exams and then the office manager trys to sell you 3 self pay overpriced extractions at $610 each.

Quite clearly they could care LESS about pain that their patients are in, no pain meds were offered, All I could talk about was the pain, and the lady kept trying to push me into some financing or credit card payments, she even suggested a family member apply for the financing. SO I am steady in pain as I sit in the exam chair as the office manager sits there ignoring my pain and is only worried about making a sale. Even though I told her no over and over, she kept pushing as I sat there in extreme pain. I told her $610 is way expensive and said no deal. She finally gave up because I had to start to say NO a bit more loudly, and then another girl came in, the dental assistant, and she was told my the office manger that I wasnt going to be getting any teeth pulled. She needed me to get approved for financing first or give her a credit card.

So here I got poor service, the worst service I have ever got from a dentist. I don't recommend them at all! And I suspect when I try to get my xrays that they are going to buck and I will need to file a credit card dispute and a bbb complaint.

It's pointless to go here for emergency care because they will overcharge you and will leave you in pain and rob you!
