Cannot describe how outdated it is to advertise for smoking (the new video with the very obvoius hidden ad for Winston cigarettes).
Eme Studios are obviously living in the 70’s where smoking was cool, by trying to brand themselves with a dude wearing a knitted shirt smoking a cigarette from Winston (which he shows very obviously).
Imagine a modern brand trying to make themselves look cool by the help of a intoxicant that kills thousands of people every year.

Though products are nice, returning items is a mess. You need to pay the return (delivery to Spain!) which is quite expensive. Reply is limited and I have not yet been reimbursed. Return was two weeks ago.

Wonderful website. Initially i thought it looked a bit skechty(since it wasn't a company i had heard about), but my order came relatively fast. The quality is amazing, plus i got some stickers and a tote bag. 100% recommend

I live in Switzerland and it arrived 2 days after i bought it. Insanely fast delivery. Products are very good quality, the tees fit perfectly and i would defenetly concider buying there a few more times. At first I was sceptical because of all the people, who wrote bad things about the shipment, but for me it worked smooth. Thank you guys... And I even got a free Totebag.

didnt have any problems so i cant say if the return is easy or if the support is good but very nice fit and i always had a problem that some brands didnt make their cloths large enough for me (I am 2.02m) but the sweater fits perfect

Honestly I was super surprised about the quality of the sweats. Nice print and good quality. The delivery time was okay, but that's normal when the product comes from abroad. I would recommend this shop!

WAITING 1 MONTH FOR A REFUND.

I returned a jacket which was posted on December 18th and I am yet to receive any update from the company on whether the refund has been issued or not. The jacket was 110 euro which is not cheap!!

Very poor customer service!!

I ended up paying almost double the price, with no relevant information being given from the store before my purchase.
They show alot of really specific information that relates to shipping orders abroad, but no information that gives customers a heads up about potential extra costs.

These shipping abroad processes and the costs that often go along with them, is something this company obviously know about - but simply choose not to be up front about. Probably because it would make purchasing from them look more complicated and pricy (which often is the case when shipping abroad).

I will not come back.
I prefer open and honest merchants.

I haven’t gotten any updates about my package over mail, i bought two pairs of trousers from the last drop and have hit them up over mail multiple times since and have gotten no response. It's 20 days now since the drop and still no package sent (and the money is out of my account). Which is very weird since they told me it would be shipped the day after purchasing. And they are now announcing a new drop which is weird seeing they haven’t even shipped all the items from the last drop. Was stocked getting the items since they looked absolutely fire. So it's extremely irritating not getting the items or just a response on what is happening behind the scenes! I will of course change this rating if I have gotten any updates :)
